Այլևս տրված է մեր տարածաշրջանում նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական համակարգի ձևավորման մեկնարկը՝ ԱՄՆ-ը և ԵՄ-ն չեղարկեցին Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները: Թե ինչհսկայական տնտեսական հետևանքներ կունենա այս իրողությունը, կարելի էմիայն ենթադրել,մեկ փաստ սակայն աներկբա է՝ համաշխարհային շուկայում հայտնվելու է հավելյալ մեկ կամ մի քանի միլիոն բարել  նավթ, որը վերջնականապես կարժեզրկի այս ապրանքատեսակը:

Թե ինչհետևանքներ է ունենում նավթի արժեզրկումը Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների վրա, ներկայում էլ տեսնում ենք և ականատեսենքլինումոչ թե բենզինի կամ դիզվառելիքի էժանացման, որն այդպես էլ առասպել է մնում, այլ դեպի Հայաստան ուղղված տրանսֆերների փոքրացող ծավալի տեսքով: Պատճառը, բնականաբար, ռուբլու արժեզրկումն է, որն ուղիղ համեմատական է նավթի գնին: Թե ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա տրանսֆերրների կամ «խոպանչիների գումարների» ներհոսքը երկիր, կարծում ենք մեկնաբանման կարիք չունի:

Թե ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա Հայաստանի անդամակցած ԵՏՄ-ն քայքայված ու կիսափլուզված տնտեսությամբ Ռուսաստանի առկայության պայմաններում, դժվար չէ ենթադրել, և այստեղ Տիգրան Սարգսյանն էլ չի փրկի:

Քաղաքական առումով Իրանը մերժողականությունից ու անկախատեսելիությունից տեղափոխվում է ինտեգրման ու կանխատեսելիության դաշտ՝ վերածվելով տարածաշրջանում կարգավորիչ գործոնի: Թուրքիայում ներկայում տիրող անկայունության պայմաններում Իրանը դառնում է տարածաշրջանի կայունության առանցք՝ կամա թե ակամա:

Իհարկե, այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ նավթի արժեզրկումը ծանր հարված է հասցրել նաև Ադրբեջանին, որի տնտեսությունը ևս ռուսական տիպի էքստենսիվ բնույթ էր կրում, սակայն Ադրբեջանի ճգնաժամը ժողովրդական լեզվով ասած չի դարմանում մերվերքերը և չի փոխհատուցում վնասները:

Վերոնշյալ իրադարձություններում, սակայն, ոչ մի կերպ հնարավոր չէ տեսնել Հայաստանին, ինչը և հարց է առաջացնում՝ արդյոք առկա իշխանությունները չեն տեսնում աշխարհաքաղաքական այս իրողություններն ու փոփոխությունները, իսկ եթե տեսնում են, ապա ինչու որևէ քայլ չկա: Երկու դեպքում էլ մենք գործ ունենք ոչ կոմպետենտ և ադեկվատ իշխանության հետ: Նման պայմաններում եզրահանգումը մեկն է՝ կա՛մ հայաստանյան վարչակարգը թոթափում է ՌԴ և անձամբ Պուտինից ունեցած խրոնիկ վախը, ինչը կարծում ենք առկա վարչակարգի իմպոտենտության գլխավոր  պատչառներից մեկն է, և փորձում է իր տեղը գտնել տարածաշրջանում ընթացող փոխակերպումների շրջապտույտում, կա՛մ ուղղակի հեռանումէ՝ իր տեղը զիջելով առկա իրավիճակին առավել համապատասխան ուժի:

Ցավոք, սրտի ներկայիս վարչակարգը չունի ո՛չ ինքնուրույնության,  ո՛չ էլ հեռանալու ներուժ, ինչը ծանր հետևանքներ է խոստանում Հայաստանին ամենամոտ ապագայում:
