Հայ քաղաքական միտքը վերջին շրջանում հաճախակի քոչարյանական քոմենթների շրջապտույտում է հայտնվում, ընդ որում, երկրորդ նախագահն ու իր գրասենյակը այնպիսի ջանասիրությամբ են մեկնաբանում այս կամ այն Ճ կլասի գործչի հայտարարությունները, որ մի պահ թվում է՝ գործ ունես ոչ թե երկրորդ նախագահի, այլև սմարթֆոնով սրա-նրա ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումների տակ կայացող 16-ամյա լատինատառ հայրենասերի հետ: Թե ով է այդքան իջեցրել նախկին նախագահի ինստիտուտի նշաձողը՝ կիմանան Քոչարյանն ու իր թիմը, բայց այն, որ վերջին շրջանի հրապարակային երկխոսությունները ցրեցին խորհրդավորության այն մշուշը, որ այս կամ այն չափով առկա էր Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի անձի շուրջ, խոսուն փաստ է:
Քոչարյանի գրասենյակը, տիրաժավորելով նախկին նախագահի պատասխանները այս կամ այն նախարարին կամ պատգամավորին, ոչ թե վերջիններիս նշաձողը բարձրացրեց երկրորդ նախագահի աստիճանին, այլ՝ ընդհակառակը, Քոչարյանին իջեցրեց նրանց մակարդակին: Չհասկանալով այս պարզ իրողությունը և նման անգրագետ կերպով կազմակերպելով նրա վերադարձը մեծ քաղաքականություն՝ նշանակում է բռնաբարել դասական PR-ի կանոնները:
Իսկ այժմ՝ Քոչարյանի քաղաքական հավակնությունների և նրան հղված երկու կարևորագույն «մեսիջների» մասին: Առաջին լուրջ հղումը Քոչարյանին Սերժ Սարգսյանը տվեց նախկինում երկրորդ նախագահի հովանավորությունը վայելով սոցիոլոգ Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանի շուրթերով: Վերջինս հայտարարեց. Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը մեծ քաղաքականություն վերադառնալու համար «պետք է թակի ՀՀԿ-ի դուռը և թույլտվություն վերցնի Կարեն Կարապետյանից ու ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակից»:
Ակնարկը բավական պարզ էր և թափանցիկ, սակայն իրեն հատուկ ջանասիրությամբ Քոչարյանի գրասենյակը, համապատասխան քաղաքական հետևությունների փոխարեն, «ձեռնամարտի» բռնվեց Ադիբեկյանի հետ:
Ամիսներ անց երկրորդ «մեսիջը» չուշացավ. ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը աղմկահարույց հայտարարություն արեց՝ նախագահի կամ վարչապետի պաշտոնին հավակնողների ուղին անցնելու է Մելիք- Ադամյան փողոցով: Այս հայտարարությունն արվեց ՀՀԿ երիտթև - Քոչարյան «փոխհրաձգության» ամենաթեժ պահին, արվեց բաց տեքստով, առանց ավելորդ սեթևեթանքների:
Այդ ակնարկները ակնհայտորեն Քոչարյանին ուղղված զգուշացումներ են. փորձում են նրան հասկացնել, որ քաղաքականություն վերադառնալու դեպքում իրեն սպասվում է շարքային ընդդիմադիրի կարգավիճակ, ինչպես ժամանակին ինքը սպառնաց Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանին: Ինչ արած, ինչպես ասում են՝ դարձ ի շրջանս յուր...
Ինչ վերաբերվում է Քոչարյանի հայտարարություններին և քաղաքական հավակնություններին, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ նա բավարարված չէ իշխանությունում ունեցած իր դերով: Քոչարյանի՝ իշխանավարության պուտինյան սցենարի տապալումից հետո նա իր տեղը մի տեսակ չի գտնում քաղաքական արևի տակ: Մամուլում նրա հաճախակի դարձած փնթփնթոցները մի տեսակ չբավարարված պարտատիրոջ տպավորություն են թողնում:
Ըստ էության հենց այդպես էլ կա. Քոչարյանը Սերժ Սարգսյանից հետ է պահանջում իր պարտքերը: Ընդ որում՝ դա արվում է փոխադարձ կսմթոցների մակարդակում՝ ձեռքի հետ շրջանառելով «իմ օրոք լավ էր» թեզը: Քոչարյանին թվում է, թե ինքը նաև լուրջ քաղաքական հենարան ունի՝ ի դեմս ԲՀԿ-ի և նրա քաղաքական ալյանսի, սակայն առանց ակնոցների անգամ նկատելի է, որ Ծառուկյան - Աբրահամյան խնամիական դուետը Քոչարյանին օգտագործում է որպես «բոբո»՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի թիմին վախեցնելու և առավելագույն զիջումներ «պոկելու» համար...
