Պատրաստման եղանակը՝

Ալյուրը, կաթը, խմորիչը, շաքարավազը, աղը, ձուն միասին խառնել և պատառաքաղի օգնությամբ հարել, ապա վրան դանդաղ կերպով ջուր լցնել, կարագ և կիտրոնի կեղև:  Խմորը շատ պինդ չի ստացվի: Թողնել 2 ժամ խմորը հանգստանա:

Օսլան ջրով բացել, ավելացնել դեղնուց, շաքարավազ, վանիլին, կիտրոնի կեղև  և դնել դանդաղ կրակի վրա: Սառելուց հետո  կարագ լցնել, ապա նուշ և կիտրոնի հյութը, լավ խառնել:

Խմորը բաժանել 15 գնդերի: Ամեն գունդը  բացել 12-15 սմ,  կրեմ լցնել և ներքևի մի փոքր հատված թողնել: Խմորը միավորել, իսկ խմորի մնացած հատվածները  դանակի օգնությամբ  շերտեր կտրատել, ապա այն փաթաթել խմորի վրա: Վրան ձվի դեղնուց քսել: Դնել 180С ջեռոցի մեջ 15 րոպե:
