ՀՀ կառավարությունն Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը կհատկացնի 612,9 մլն դրամ` «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից ՀՀ տարածքում երկաթուղով իրականաց­վող միջպե­տա­կան ռազ­մա­կան փոխադրումների, երկաթուղային կայարաններում կատարվող սպա­սար­կում­ների և մա­տուց­վող ծառայությունների դիմաց 2015-ի 4-րդ եռամսյա­կում  կատարված ծախսերի փոխ­հա­տուց­ման նպատակով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այդ մասին որոշման նախագիծն ընդգրկված է կառավարության մարտի 10-ի նիստի օրակարգում: 

Գումարը տրամադրվելու է կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից:

«Սույն որոշման ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է ՀՀ կառավարության 2004 թվականի օգոստոսի 19-ի «ՀՀ և ՌԴ կառավարությունների միջև կնքված համաձայ­նա­գրե­րի համաձայն ՀՀ-ում տեղակայված ՌԴ զորամիավորումների, այդ թվում` սահմանապահ զորքերի և նրանց հասցեով ՀՀ տարածքում երկաթուղով իրականացվող միջպետական ռազ­մա­կան փոխադրումների, ՀՀ երկաթուղային կայարաններում կա­տարվող սպասարկումների և մատուցվող ծառայությունների ծախսերն այդ սպասար­կում­նե­րը կատարող և ծառայությունները մատուցող կազմակերպություններին փոխհատուցելու կար­գը հաստատելու մասին» որոշման 1-ին կետով»,- ասված է հիմնավորման մեջ:
