Մինչև 2017թ. դեկտեմբերի վերջ ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները կարող են օգտվել հարկային արտոնություններից

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման վարչության պետ Նաիրա Նիկողոսյանը, խոսելով հայ մասնագետներին Հայաստանում պահելու քաղաքականության մասին, Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ անցյալ տարվանից նախարարությունն արտոնություններ է տրամադրում ՏՏ ոլորտի նոր ստեղծվող ընկերություններին: Մասնավորապես, մինչև 3 ամսվա կենսագրություն ունեցող ընկերությունները կարող են դիմել նախարարությանը, ստանալ համապատասխան հանձնաժողովի համաձայնությունը և օգտվել այդ արտոնություններից. «Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում հանձնաժողով է ստեղծված, որտեղ ներկայացված են էկոնոմիկայի, ֆինանսների նախարարությունները և ոլորտի մասնավոր հատվածի ներկայացուցիչները, որտեղ քննարկվում են ներկայացված հայտերը և ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներին տրամադրվում են այդ արտոնություններից օգտվելու հավաստագրեր: Դա բավականին մեծ խթան է, որպեսզի մեր մասնագետները փորձեն իրենց բիզնեսը ստեղծել Հայաստանում և այն զարգացնել»,- ասաց Ն.Նիկողոսյանը:

Քանի որ ՏՏ ոլորտում վճարումների հիմնական մասը կազմում են աշխատավարձերը, ուստի արտոնությունների շրջանակներում ընկերություններին թույլատրվում է 10 % եկամտահարկ վճարել, իսկ շահութահարկ վճարելու պարտականությունից ընկերություններն ազատվում են: Ոլորտի պատասխանատուի խոսքով՝ այդ փոփոխությունների օգուտն արդեն զգալի է, քանի որ նախկինում եթե տարեկան 10-15 ընկերություն էր ստեղծվում, ապա արտոնության ընդունումից 9 ամիս հետո արդեն ստեղծվել է 70 ընկերություն: «Արտոնությունների տրամադրման համար ընկերությունները կարող են դիմել մինչև 2017թ. դեկտեմբերի վերջը, սակայն ներկայում քննարկում ենք օրենքում փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու հարցը, որը կվերաբերի արտոնությունների տրամադրման հայտերի ներկայացման և դրանից օգտվելու ժամկետը երկարաձգելուն»,- ասաց ՏՏ վարչության պետը:

Ն.Նիկողոսյանը նշեց նաև, որ 2016-ից ՏՏ ոլորտի վարչական ռեգիստրն իրականացնում է էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը և ոլորտի մասին համապարփակ տեղեկություններ ունենալու համար ընկերություններն իրենց գործունեության մասին հաշվետվությունները ՀՀ վիճակագրական վարչությանը ներկայացնելու փոխարեն պետք է ներկայացնեն ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությանը, իսկ այն ընկերությունները, որոնք չեն գրանցվել նախարարության էլեկտրոնային ռեգիստրում, պետք է շտապեն գրանցվել և ամիսը մեկ անգամ հաշվետվություններ ներկայացնել նախարարությանը:
