Քաղաքագետ Հայկ Սուքիասյանը Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով ԼՂՀ - Ադրբեջան շփման գծում վերջին օրերին տիրող իրադարձություններին, նշեց, որ պատերազմը մեծ կամ փոքր չի լինում և իրականում, այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով, իսկական պատերազմ է: Մեկնաբանելով ՀՀ նախագահի հնչեցրած այն միտքը, թե Հայաստանը ԼՂՀ-ի հետ պատրաստվում է փոխօգնության պայմանագիր կնքել, քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ դա վկայում է այն մասին, որ արդեն իսկ սկսվել է Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման փուլը:

«ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հնչեցրած այդ միտքը, իմ կարծիքով, նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը մեկ այլ պետության՝ ԼՂՀ-ի հետ պայմանագիր կնքելով, փաստորեն, ճանաչում է այդ երկրի անկախությունը»,- ասում է քաղաքագետը: Անդրադառնալով այսօր Վիեննայում ԼՂՀ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի հանդիպմանը՝ Հ. Սուքիասյանը նշեց, որ հայկական կողմն իր հույսը պետք է ոչ թե միջազգային կառույցների վրա դնի, այլ իր բանակի, քանի որ Մինսկի խումբն այս անգամ նույնպես կփորձի շրջանցել իրերն իրենց անունով կոչելուց և նորից հավասարության նշան կփորձի դնել ագրեսորի և մեր միջև: «Մինսկի խմբի խնդիրն իրականում կոնֆլիկտը կառավարելն է, ոչ թե կարգավորելը: Ներկայում մի փոքր կորցրել են կառավարումը, բայց փորձում են այն կրկին իրենց ձեռքը վերցնել: Ինչ վերաբերում է ԼՂՀ քայլերին, ապա, իմ կարծիքով, բանակը պետք է կարողանա հակամարտությունը տեղափոխել Ադրբեջանի տարածք և այլ տարածքներ վերցնել: Դրանից հետո հայկական կողմն արդեն կկարողանա ավելի կայուն դիրքերից հանդես գալ»,- ասում է քաղաքագետը:

Հ. Սուքիասյանի խոսքով՝ հայ ժողովուրդն իր հայացքը միշտ միջազգային հանրությանն է ուղղում, բայց իրականում հասկանալի էլ չէ, թե ովքեր են նրանք, կամ ով է այդ միջազգային հանրության սուբյեկտը, որից հայ ժողովուրդը կկարողանա որևէ բան պահանջել: Տարիների փորձից պարզ է դառնում, որ հայ ժողովրդի միակ երաշխավորը հայկական բանակն է և միայն մարտունակ բանակ ունենալու շնորհիվ է, որ կարողանում ենք ուժի դիրքերից ներկայանալ և մեր իրավունքները պաշտպանել: «Հայկական բանակը փայլուն կատարում է իր առջև դրված խնդիրները: Աշխարհը փաստերով է սիրում խոսել: Եվ եթե մենք կարողանանք նոր տարածքներ ազատագրել, ապա միջազգային հանրությունը կսկսի դրա հետ անմիջականորեն հաշվի նստել, քանի որ ոչ ոք հենց այնպես ոչ մեկին ոչինչ չի տալիս»,- ասաց Հ. Սուքիասյանը:
