ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը առգրավել է սիգ և կողակ տեսակի ձկներ

Բնապահպանական պետական տեսչությունը ապրիլի 18-22 ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացրած շրջայցերի ընթացքում խախտումների քննության արդյունքում  հարուցել է 870 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի 14 որոշում և հաշվարկել 1,17մլն դրամի ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված  վնաս: 

ՀՀ Բնապահպանության  նախարարության Տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունը հայտնել է, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած պատժամիջոցներից  հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 2,83 մլն դրամ, և  շաբաթվա ընթացքում  առգրավվել է 129 կգ /281 հատ/ սիգ և 2,5կգ /30հատ/ կողակ տեսակի ձուկ: 

Լոռու  տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության արդյունքում 4 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 200 հազար դր. ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 4 որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 969 հազար դր. ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Տավուշի  տարածքային բաժնի հայտնաբերած ապօրինի ծառահատման համար 1 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի  որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 147 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Բնապահպանական և բնօգտագործման վճարի եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունները սահմանված ժամկետում չներկայացնելու համար Արարատի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից  տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի  վարչական տուգանքի  որոշում: Արմավիրի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից 2 տնտեսվարողների նկատմամբ կայացվել է 100 հազար դր. ընդհանուր գումարի  վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում: Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից 2 տնտեսվարողների նկատմամբ կայացվել է 130 հազար դր. ընդհանուր գումարի  վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում:

Ապօրինի որսի իրականացման համար առգրավվել է 6 հատ ձկնորսական ցանց և 8 կգ սիգ տեսակի  տիրազուրկ ձուկ և կայացվել է 50 հազար դր. գումարի վարչական տուգանքի  որոշում: Անտառների և կենսաբազմազանության վերահսկողության բաժնի կողմից շրջայցերի ընթացքում առգրավվել է 21 կգ սիգ տեսակի տիրազուրկ ձուկ: Լոռու տարածքային բաժնի կողմից շրջայցերի ընթացքում առգրավվել է 2.5կգ կողակ տեսակի տիրազուրկ ձուկ, ինչը սահմանված կարգով հանձնվել է Վանաձորի մանկատուն: Արագածոտնի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից ստուգայցերի ընթացքում հայտնաբերված ապօրինի որսի համար  ֆիզի կական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 150 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 24 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Արմավիրի  տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված ապօրինի ձկնորսության գործերի քննության արդյունքում 2 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 140 հազար դր. ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 27 հազար դր. ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից  առգրավվել է 76 կգ սիգ տեսակի տիրազուրկ ձուկ: Կոտայքի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից ստուգայցերի ընթացքում առգրավվել է 24 կգ սիգ տեսակի տիրազուրկ ձուկ:
