Թեպետ Վիեննայում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումն առաջին հայացքից խոստումնալից էր թվում հրադադարի պահպանման հարցում, այնուամենայնիվ, ագրեսոր Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է շարժվել սեփական քմահաճույքով՝ անտեսելով գերտերությունների ու միջազգային կառույցների հորդորները: Այս համատեքստում հետաքրքիր է իմանալ իշխող կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների կարծիքը տվյալ հարցի վերաբերյալ, թե որքան երկար կպահպանվի օրեր առաջ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահի միջեւ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը:

Ինչպես Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարինե Աճեմյանը, այսօր ոչ մի բան կանխորոշել հնարավոր չէ. «Նման կարծիքի եմ, ելնելով այն հանգամանքից, որ գործ ունենք շատ անկանխատեսելի, երբեք ճիշտ չխոսող ու անազնիվ գործող թշնամու հետ: Այն, որ հարձակումը, ռազմական գործողություններն իրականացվել են անսպասելի ու հենց Ադրբեջանի կողմից, փաստվում է այն հանգամանքով, որ իրենք են առաջ եկել: Թեպետ համոզված եմ, որ վաղն անգամ փոքր ոտնձգության դեպքում մենք ոչ միայն կվերականգնենք այս գոտին, այլ մի բան էլ ավելի առաջ կգնանք»:

Խոսելով նաեւ հայի բարձր ոգու ու կորցրած տարածքները հետ բերելու մասին՝ պատգամավորը նկատեց, որ քառօրյա պատերազմն ավելի համախմբեց հայ ժողովրդին: «Մենք ավելի կազմակերպվեցինք՝ նկատի ունեմ բանակը ու ռազմական ուժերը, փաստ է այն, որ մենք ավելի պատրաստ ենք պաշտպանելու ու ավելի առաջ գնալու, դա էլ է փաստ: Սակայն պետք է նշեմ, որ ռազմական գիտությունից հեռու մարդիկ ու նրանք, ովքեր առհասարակ չպետք է խոսեն տարածքների մասին, այսօր վերլուծություններ են անում: Այո´, թշնամին ագրեսիա է իրականացրել ու որոշ չափով առաջ եկել, սակայն դա ոչ թե պետք է դիտարկել որպես մեր հայրենիքի տարածքներ, այլ ընդամենը անվտանգության գոտի, որը շատ արագ էլ կարող է փոխվել հօգուտ մեզ: Այսինքն՝ այս պահին խոսել այն մասին, որ մենք տարածքներ ենք կորցրել ու ռազմավարական նշանակության գոտիներ ենք կորցրել, ճիշտ չէ: Հակառակը, ես մտածում եմ, որ նոր ագրեսիայի կամ հնարավորության դեպքում շատ ավելի ադեկվատ կլինենք ու այս պարագայում կարծում եմ, որ այս դիրքերի հետ կապված փոփոխություններ կլինեն: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է խաղաղությանը, ապա ամեն ինչ պետք է անենք, որ Ղարաբաղը ներգրավվի բանակցային գործընթացին ու ամեն ինչ պետք է անենք, որ մեր նպատակներին հասնենք խաղաղ ճանապարհով: Ես կարծում եմ, որ մեր հասարակությունը հիմա ավելի հանգիստ է այն առումով, որ մեր սահմանները հիմա ավելի պաշտպանված են»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:
