Ադրբեջանի, Թուրքիայի ու Վրաստանի եռակողմ զորավարժությունները տարածաշրջանային համագործակցություն է տվյալ պետությունների համար: Այս մասին Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց ԱԺ «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թեւան Պողոսյանը:

«Պետք է փաստենք, որ նման զորավարժություններ մոտ հինգ տարի է, ինչ անցկացվում են: Վրաստանը, Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան մեկ ձևաչափ են ձեւավորել, որտեղ ե՛ւ իրենց արտաքին գործերի, ե՛ւ պաշտպանության նախարարների մակարդակներով տարբեր հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունենում ու այդ երեք երկրներում անցկացնում են զորավարժություններ: Այն բոլոր ձեւաչափերի մեջ, որտեղ կա մեր թշնամի Ադրբեջանը, պետք է ընկալումներ ունենանք, որ որեւէ պրոհայկական իրավիճակ այնտեղ չի ձեւավորվելու, հակառակը, թշնամական հարաբերություններ են փորձելու առաջ տանել ե՛ւ Թուրքիան, ե՛ւ Ադրբեջանը»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

Ըստ Թեւան Պողոսյանի՝ նման հարցերը մշտապես պետք է լինեն մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ գիտակցելով, որ երկու թշնամիները, մեկ տեղում հայտնվելով, հայանպաստ քաղաքականություն չեն վարելու, իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Վրաստանին, վերջինս ամեն անգամ ասում է, թե Հայաստանի բարեկամն է, սակայն իրենք Եվրամիության հետ ասոցացման ենք գնացել, իսկ Հայաստանը՝ ԵՏՄ-ի:

«Ինձ համար ավելի հաճելի կլիներ, որ այդ հայտարարություններից հետո Հայաստան-Վրաստան եղբայրությունը մեկ քայլ առաջ գնա որակական իմաստով՝ շահերի մակարդակով: Վրաստանը պետք է լավ գիտակցի, որ իր երկրի անվտանգությունը կախված է նաեւ Հայաստանի անվտանգ լինելուց: Վրաստանը կարող է անվտանգ զգալ իրեն այն դեպքում, եթե իր հարեւան Հայաստանն իրեն անվտանգ է զգում: Հայաստանի անվտանգության խնդիրը տարածաշրջանային իմաստով, ուշ թե շուտ, դառնալու է նաեւ Վրաստանի խնդիրը»,- նկատեց պատգամավորը:

Պատգամավոր նաեւ նշեց, որ Վրաստանի իշխանությունը պետք է հասկանա, որ հայկական փոքրամասնությունը Վրաստանում իրեն պետք է զգա հանգիստ ու վստահ:

«Եթե այդ մարդիկ իրենց սպառնացող վտանգ զգան, հաջորդ օրն այդ վտանգը կզգա նաեւ Վրաստանը, զարգացումները այս ձեւաչափում պետք է ընկալվեն, թե չէ եղբայրական խոսքեր մենք լսում ենք ե՛ւ Վրաստանից, ե՛ւ Ռուսաստանից եւ բազմաթիվ այլ երկրներից: Մենք գիտենք, որ ցանկացած պետություն առաջնորդվում է սեփական շահով, ուստի այս պարագայում մենք էլ պետք է գիտակցենք մեր շահերի համակարգը ու դրա մեջ ձեւավորենք հետագա զարգացումները»,- ասաց Թեւան Պողոսյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Հայաստանը լավ է գիտակցում իր շահերը, դրանցից մեկն էլ հենց բաց սահմանի հարցն է: Ինչ վերաբերում է մնացած զարգացումներին, ապա դրանք պետք է դիտարկենք՝ որպես տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներ ու կատարենք մեր քայլերը, որոնք պետք է ապահովեն մեր երկրի անվտանգությունը:
