ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորի պարզաբանումը՝ Արցախի անկախության ու հողերի հանձնման վերաբերյալ

Երեկ ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լեռնիկ Ալեքսանյանը, հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ խոսելով Ղարաբաղյան խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման մասին, ասել էր, որ Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման դիմաց կլինեն փոխզիջումներ, սակայն՝ տարածքները հանձնելու տարբերակով: Թե կոնկրետ որ տարածքների մասին է խոսքը, Orer.am-ը պարզեց հենց պատգամավորից.

«Խոսքը նրա մասին չէր, որ մենք պարտադիր կերպով պետք է հող հանձնենք: Մենք բոլորս էլ լավ ենք հասկանում, որ Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման դիմաց պետք է լինի փոխզիջումային տարբերակ: Միակողմանի զիջում հնարավոր չէ, իհարկե, շատ լավ կլիներ, որ Արցախի անկախությունը ճանաչվեր ու դրա դիմաց որեւէ մեկն ակնկալիք չունենար, սակայն այսօրվա բանակցային սեղանին դրվում են տարբերակներ, որոնք որոշակի չեն, սակայն չի բացառվում, որ կլինի փոխզիջումային տարբերակ»,-ասաց պատգամավորը՝ հավելելով. «Եւ՛ իշխանությունները, եւ՛ քաղաքական գործիչները ո՛չ հողեր տվող են, ո՛չ էլ դա Արցախի ժողովուրդը պետք է որոշի՝ հողեր կտա՞նք, թե՞ ոչ»:

Ինչպես նշեց պատգամավորը, փոխզիջումային տարբերակն ընդամենը բանակցային սեղանին դրվող ու դիվանագիտական հարթության մեջ լուծվող հնարավոր տարբերակներից մեկն է: Դիտարկմանը, թե արդյոք քառօրյա պատերազմը չհուշեց այն մասին, որ հարկ եղած դեպքում ողջ հայությունը մեկ մարդու պես սահմանին կկանգնի, սակայն հող չի հանձնի, ուր մնաց նման քայլի գնա խաղաղ պայմաններում, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց.

«Մենք շատ արյուն ենք թափել ու հնարավորինս պետք է պահպանենք այդ հողերը: Սակայն, որքա՞ն պետք է այս պատերազմը շարունակվի, տասնյակ տարինե՞ր: Մեր երեխաների կյանքերի գնով որքա՞ն մենք պետք է պահպանենք մեր տարածքները: Եթե Ադրբեջանը ժամանակին ընդուներ Արցախի անկախությունը, ապա այսօր նման ոտնձգություններ չէին լինի: Անցավ 25 տարի, Ադրբեջանը տնտեսապես հզորացավ ու հարմար պահին փորձեց խնդիրը լուծել, թեկուզ մեր հասարակությունն ու բանակը պաշտպանեցին մեր սահմանները: Այսօր եւ՛ ուժով, եւ՛ դիվանագիտական հարթակում պետք է պահպանենք այն, ինչ ունենք: Մենք միայն խոսում ենք գրավելու ու ձեռք բերելու մասին, իսկ ինչո՞ւ չենք մտածում կորցնելու մասին, ի՞նչ է, սա բացառվու՞մ է»,-ասաց պատգամավորը՝ իր խոսքի ավարտին հիշեցնելով, որ միեւնույն է հարցի վերջնական որոշում կայացնողը մնում է հասարակությունը:
