«Ոսկե ծիրան» 13-րդ միջազգային կինոփառատոնը բազմաբովանդակ միջոցառում է. նման կարծիք է հայտնել ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանը: Առաջին հերթին նա կարևորել է այն, որ այս փառատոնի շնորհիվ  աշխարհի կինոն գալիս է Հայաստան և հնարավորություն տալիս տեսնել լավագույն նոր ֆիլմերը:

Հասմիկ Պողոսյանի համոզմամբ` «Ոսկե ծիրան»-ը թույլ է տալիս իրագործել համատեղ ստեղծագործական նախագծեր, որոնք ծնվում են հենց փառատոնի ներսում: Բացի այդ` դրա շրջանակներում Հայաստան ժամանած հյուրերը կարողանում են ավելի ճանաչել մեր երկիրը:

«Ի վերջո, այն մարդկային շփումներ, նոր ծանոթություններ հաստատելու հնարավորություն է ընձեռնում, ինչը կարևոր է ցանկացած մասնագիտական դաշտում»,- ավելացրեց Պողոսյանը:
