ՀՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու մեջ մեղադրվող, բանգլադեշցի Արաֆադ Կամրուջաման Հոսսանը դատապարտվեց 1 տարվա ազատազրկման:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Հոսսանն օգոստոսի 9-ին Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության տարածքից անցնելով գետը եւ հաղթահարելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի ինժեներատեխնիկական արգելքները, առանց պատշաճ թույլտվության ապօրինի հատել է պահպանվող պետական սահմանը եւ շարժվել դեպի ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Երասխ գյուղի ուղղությամբ: Այստեղ նա հայտնաբերվել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից եւ բերման ենթարկվել ԱԱԾ վարչական շենք:

Հոսսանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 329-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նա կալանավորված է:

Դատաքննությունն անցկացվել է արագացված կարգով, քանի որ Հոսսանին է նման միջնորդություն ներկայացրել՝ նշելով, որ իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքն ամբողջությամբ ընդունում է: Հաշվի առնելով, որ ամբաստանյալի պատասխանատվությունն ու պատիժը ծանրացնող հանգամանքներ չկան, Արարատի եւ Վայոց ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը վճռել է սահմանել ազատազրկում 1 տարի ժամկետով:
