ՀՀ պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման գաղափարը մտավորականները միանշանակ ճիշտ են համարում, սակայն առաջարկում են քննարկել կամավորության սկզբունքը: Նախագծի շուրջ նոյեմբերի 16-ին լրագրողների հետ զրուցեցին Երևանի պետական տիկնիկային թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Ռուբեն Բաբայանը, ՀՀ նկարիչների միության նախագահ Կարեն Աղամյանը և դիրիժոր Տիգրան Հեքեքյանը:

«Կարծում եմ` յուրաքանչյուրը պատրաստ է աջակցել զինվորին: Ժողովուրդը միշտ եղել է զինվորի, բանակի, սպայի կողքին և դա բազմիցս ապացուցել է: Պարզապես գումարի գանձման պարտադիր ձևը սխալ է, պետք է կամավոր սկզբունքով սկսել, քանի որ ժողովրդի մի հատված չի վստահում իշխանությանը: Անհրաժեշտ է վերականգնել հավատը»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց «Հայաստանի փոքրիկ երգիչներ» երգչախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար և դիրիժոր Տիգրան Հեքեքյանը:

Երևանի պետական տիկնիկային թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Ռուբեն Բաբայանիխոսքով`գաղափարը միանշանակ ընդունելի է: «Սահմանին իրենց կյանքը վտանգի ենթարկող տղաներն արժանի են պաշտպանության: Խնդիրը օգնելու ձևի մեջ է: Կամավորության սկզբունքն անհրաժեշտ է, քանի որ կամավորություն՝ նշանակում է վստահություն, երկրի տերը քեզ զգալ: Հաճախ ենք խոսում այն մասին, որ ժողովուրդը չի վստահում իշխանությանը, իսկ իշխանությունը` ժողովրդին: Անհրաժեշտ է վերահսկողություն սահմանել՝ հասկանալու համար, թե վերցված գումարներն ուր են գնում»,-ասաց Բաբայանը:

ՀՀ նկարիչների միության նախագահ Կարեն Աղամյանն ընդգծեց, որ ստիպողականությունը երբեք լավ բանի չի հանգեցնում: «Կարծում եմ` և՛ մեծահարուստները, և՛ չունևորները պատրաստ են այդ գումարը վճարել: Հայերը միշտ են եղել հայ զինվորի կողքին: Կամավորական շարժումը սկիզբ դրեց Արցախում հաղթանակներին, նոր կանոնակարգվեց այդ ամենը: Գուցե նույնը պետք է հիմա անել` առաջ քաշել կամավորության սկզբունքը»,-նշեց Աղամյանը և հավելեց, որ քանի որ զինվորին աջակցելը համահայկական հարց է, պետք է կամավորության սկզբունքով այդ գործընթացի մեջ ներգրավել նաև Սփյուռքը:

Ըստ մտավորականների` օրինագիծը պարտադրելու դեպքում հասարակության և իշխանության միջև եղած անջրպետ կառաջանա:
