Նոր կոշիկն իսկական փորձություն է ոտքերի համար։ Adme.ru-ն առաջարկել է տարբերակներ, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս մեկընդմիշտ ազատվել ցավից և անհարմարությունից, որ պատճառում են կոշիկները։

1. Սպեղանի (պլաստիր)։ Սա հավանաբար ամենաակնհայտ և տարածված միջոցն է, սակայն, անխոս, շատ լավ է աշխատում։ Կանխարգելում է բշտիկների առաջացումը, հատկապես, երբ բարձրակրուկ կոշիկ եք կրում։

4. Հոտազերծիչ (դեզոդորանտ)։ Ոտքի հետնամասը, մատներն այն հատվածներն են, որոնք ամենաշատն են տուժում նոր կոշիկ կրելու արդյունքում։ Պրոբլեմատիկ հատվածներին կարող եք հոտազերծիչ քսել։

5. Կոշիկի սիլիկոնե միջատակ (стелька): Սրանք շատ հեշտ է գտնել։ Արտադրվում են ինչպես ամբողջական, այնպես էլ փոքր միջատակեր։

6. Ջուր՝ պլաստիկ տոպրակում։ Երկու պլաստիկ տոպրակի մեջ ջուր լցրեք և դրեք կոշիկների մեջ։ Կոշիկն ամբողջ գիշեր թողեք սառնարանում։ Առավոտյան սառնարանից հանելուց հետո կնկատեք, որ կոշիկն ավելի լայն է դարձել։

7. Սիլիկոնե միջատակեր։ Ոտքերի հետնամասում գրգռումից և բշտիկների առաջացումից խուսափելու համար սիլիկոնե միջատակեր օգտագործեք, որոնք նախատեսված են ոտքերի հետնամասում դնելու համար։

8. Սպեղանիով ամրացրեք 3-րդ և 4-րդ մատները։ Սա կարող է տարօրինակ թվալ, սակայն արդյունքում ավելի հեշտ կլինի բարձրակրունկներ կրել։

9. Ոտքերին հանգստանալու ժամանակ տվեք։ Եթե ամբողջ օրը ոտքի վրա եք, ձեզ հետ հարմար ցածր կոշիկներ վերցրեք, որոնցով կարող եք փոխել բարձրակրունկները։

10. Տանկետկաները հրաշալի այլընտրանք են բարձրակրունկերին։ Ամեն օր բարձրակրունկների վրա քայլելը ծանր է ոտքերի համար։ Ուշադրություն դարձրեք տանկետկաներին. բարձրությունը գրեթե նույնն է, սակայն այս կոշիկներն ավելի հարմար են։
