Դիետայի 7-օրյա ծրագիր 
 
Օր 1
 
1 կիտրոնի հյութը քամել ու խառնել 1 բաժակ ջրի հետ։ Խմել այս խառնուրդը 3 անգամ՝ ամեն սննդի հետ։
 
Օր 2
 
2 կիտրոնի հյութը քամել ու խառնել 500մլ ջրի հետ։ Խառնուրդը բաժանել 2 մասի ու խմել առավոտյան՝ նախաճաշից առաջ, և երկրորդ մասը՝ ընթրիքից հետո։
 
Օր 3
 
Կատարել այն, ինչ նախատեսված է առաջին օրվա համար։
 
Օր 4
 
Կատարել այն, ինչ նախատեսված է 2-րդ օրը։
 
Օր 5
 
Խմել 1 բաժակ կիտրոնաջուր նախաճաշից առաջ։ Ուտել կանաչ բանջարեղեն ողջ օրվա ընթացքում։ Կարելի է նաև ուտել մի փոքր հաց, սակայն ոչ բրինձ։ Ընթրիքին ուտել բանջարեղենային աղցան ու մրգեր։ Ավարտել օրը 1 բաժակ կիտրոնաջուր։
