Արդեն հայտնել էինք, որ աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում է ներկայացրել Արարատի մարզպետ Ռուբիկ Աբրահամյանը: Ինչպես ասում են՝ սա դեռ պաշտոնանկությունների սկիզբն է, եւ այն մեծ թափ է ստանալու:

Արդյո՞ք ՀՀԿ-ում հրահանգվել է ճնշումներ գործադրել ու ազատվել նախկին վարչապետի կողմից նշանակված պաշտոնյաներից՝ Orer.am-ը զրույցի ընթացքում պարզեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լեռնիկ Ալեքսանյանից:

«Ուղղակի կասեմ, որ ճնշումներ չկան ու, որ մարզպետն իր նախաձեռնությամբ է որոշում կայացրել, համենայն դեպս, ես այդպես եմ ենթադրում: Նման հրահանգ չկա՝ ազատվել նախկին վարչապետի կողմից նշանակված պաշտոնյաներից: Մարդն ինքն է որոշում՝ աշխատել, թե՝ ոչ, նպատակահարմար է համարում աշխատել, թե՝ ոչ»,- ասաց պատգամավորը՝ արձագանքելով մեր հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք հայկական իրականության մեջ պաշտոնյաները ինքնակամ ու սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ են լքում իրենց դիրքերը:

«Գիտե՞ք, կարող են լինել առողջական պատճառներ չի բացառվում նաեւ, որ որոշումը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել քաղաքական իրավիճակներից ելնելով: Կոնկրետ Արարատի մարզպետի հետ կապված որեւէ բան ասել չեմ կարող, քանի որ մանրամասներին չեմ տիրապետում: Ես հիմա կոնկրետ դեպքի մասին չեմ խոսում, բայց երբ պաշտոնյաները, որոնք քաղաքականությամբ են զբաղվում, ընդունել են մեր կուսակցության ծրագիրը, գործելաոճը՝ անկախ նրանից լավ է այն, թե վատ, ու հետո որոշում են այլ կուսակցության միանալ՝ պետք է դիմում գրեն ու դուրս գան: Եթե ես այլեւս չեմ կիսում տվյալ կուսակցության գաղափարախոսությունը ու դեմ եմ կառավարության կոնկրետ ծրագրին, ոչ թե պետք է սպասեմ, որ ճնշումներ գործադրեն, այլ, բնականաբար, պետք է դիմում գրեմ դուրս գամ: Այսօր կառավարությունն իրականացնում է հստակ ծրագիր, ով կողմ է՝ աշխատում է, ով դեմ է՝ չի կարող աշխատել: Կառավարման ողջ համակարգը մեկ մեխանիզմ է, ու որեւէ անձ չի կարող առանձին գործել: Երբ խնդիրը քաղաքական է, անձնական հարթության մեջ պետք չէ այն դիտարկել»:
