Քնի պակասը՝ այն էլ երկարատեւ պակասը, ոչ միայն մարդուն ավելի նյարդային է դարձնում, այլև կարող է բացասաբար անդրադառնալ առողջության վրա՝ մի շարք խնդիրներ առաջ քաշելով:
