Մասնագետները բազմիցս ցույց են տվել, որ ծխելը վատ ազդեցություն է թողնում մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա։ Ծխելը թողնելու բարերար ազդեցությունը առողջության համար սկսվում է արտահայտվել առաջին իսկ ժամերից և նույնիսկ րոպեներից:
