Ինչի՞ պատճառ կարող է լինել ոսկրերի փխրունությունը

Հետազոտողները պնդում են, որ գեր մարդկանց մոտ ընկնելու եւ ոսկրերը կոտրելու հավանականությունն ավելի մեծ է: Դա ճարպակալման բարդության արդյունք է՝ ոսկրային հյուսվածքի եւ մկանային զանգվածի խտությունը պակասում է, հայտնում են գիտնականները:

Թվում է, թե որքան ավելի խոշոր է մարդը, այնքան ավելի լավ պետք է լինի նրա ոսկրերի վիճակը, սակայն դա միշտ չէ, որ այդպես է:

Բազմաթիվ գիտնականներ դիտարկել են ոսկրերի հետ խնդիրները՝ չկապելով դրանք մկանային զանգվածի եւ ճարպաշերտի հետ:

Նրանք պնդում են, որ որովայնային ճարպը, որն ավելի թունավոր է քան մարմնի ցանկացած այլ հատվածում կուտակված ճարպը, բացասական ազդեցություն է թողնում ոսկրերի եւ մկանների վրա, եւ նույնիսկ կարող է նպաստել օրգանիզմում բորբոքային գործընթացներին: Բժիշկները որպես կանոն հիմնական ուշադրությունը դարձնում են սրտանոթային համակարգի եւ այլ հիվանդություների վրա ճարպակալման ազդեցությանը, եւ քիչ ուշադրություն է դարձվել ճարպակալման ազդեցությանը ոսկրերի խտության եւ մկանային զանգվածի վրա:

Հետազոտության արդյունքները հիմնված են 200 կանանց մասնակցությամբ կատարված հետազոտության տվյալների վրա, որոնց մոտ չափել են մկանային զանգվածը, ոսկրերի խտությունը եւ ճարպային մարմնակազմությունը: Հետազոտողները հայտնաբերել են, որ նրանց 1/3-ը ունեցել է 30%-ից ավելի ճարպային հյուսվածք, ինչը հատկապես լուրջ խնդիր է տարեց կանանց համար:

Տարիքի հետ մարդիկ քաշ են հավաքում եւ կորցնում են մկանային զանգվածը, սակայն օրգանիզմում ճարպի հավելյալ քանակությունը կարող է վատացնել մկանների եւ ոսկրերի գործունեությունը, պնդում են մասնագետները:
