ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի գլխավորած կառավարական պատվիրակությունը ՌԴ Կազան քաղաքում այսօր մասնակցել է Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստի աշխատանքներին՝ նեղ և ընդլայնված կազմերով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, իր ելույթում ՀՀ վարչապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ռուսական կողմին և ՌԴ կառավարության ղեկավար Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևին՝ ջերմ ընդունելության և նիստը բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպելու համար: Անդրադառնալով ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում ինտեգրացիոն գործակցության զարգացմանը՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

«Հայաստանն ամեն անգամ հայտարարում է, որ այս հարթակը հետաքրքիր է, հեռանկարային և կարևոր մեր երկրի, մեր տնտեսության զարգացման համար: Կցանկանայի առանձնացնել մի շարք առանցքային հարցեր, որոնք այսօր նեղ կազմով քննարկել ենք.
 
Առաջինը ԵԱՏՄ թվային օրակարգն է: Մենք կողմ ենք թվային օրակարգի գաղափարին և կարևորում ենք այն: Պետք է շարունակենք աշխատել այդ ուղղությամբ, առավել ևս որ մեր երկրներում արդեն գոյություն ունեն այս կամ այն չափով գործարկված, գործող համակարգեր: Մենք պետք է հաշվի առնենք դա, ապահովենք դրանց փոխգործակցությունը, համապատասխան գործիքակազմը և համակարգված աշխատանքի դեպքում կկարողանանք այդ առանձնացված համակարգերը միասնական տեխնոլոգիական հարթակի վերածել:
 
Երկրորդը խոչընդոտների և արգելքների վերացման ուղղությամբ փոխգործակցությունն է: Այսօր մեզ ներկայացվեց վերլուծություն այն մասին, թե որտեղ ինչը կատարված չէ: Հայկական կողմըհայտարարել է, որ մեզ մոտ արձանագրված թերություններն առաջիկայում կվերացվեն: Այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը շատ օգտակար է, քանի որ այն իրականում լավ դիվերսիֆիկացնում է մեր փոխադարձ տնտեսական հարաբերությունները:
 
Մենք կողմ ենք ագրոարդյունաբերական համալիրի ոլորտում նախանշված աշխատանքների ընթացակարգի ընդունմանը և արդեն հանձնաժողովին առաջարկություններ ենք ուղարկել գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքների թեմաների վերաբերյալ՝ համապատասխան երկամյա պլանի մեջ ընդգրկելու նպատակով:
 
Այսօրվա օրակարգում կցանկանայի առանձնացնել նաև «միասնական պատուհանի» հարցը: Կարծում եմ՝ բավական հետաքրքիր գործիք է: Մենք որոշակի փորձ ենք կուտակել, այն դեռևս համակարգված չէ, բայց մի շարք ուղղություններով բավական առաջ ենք գնացել»:

ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների վարչապետերը քննարկել են տնտեսության, մաքսային, արդյունաբերության և ագրոարդյունաբերության ոլորտներում ինտեգրացիոն փոխգործակցության խորացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Նիստի արդյունքներով ստորագրվել են մի շարք փաստաթղթեր՝ ԵԱՏՄ ներքին շուկայում սահմանափակումների վերացման միջոցառումների ծրագրի, անդամ երկրների կողմից արդյունաբերական ապրանքների մասով տրվող հատուկ սուբսիդիաները ԵԱՏՀ հետ կամավոր կերպով համաձայնեցնելու և դրանց տրամադրման հետ կապված վարույթներ անցկացնելու կարգի, արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության կարգա վորման համակարգում «միասնական պատուհանի» մեխանիզմի զարգացման, ագրոարդյունաբերական համալիրի ոլորտում համատեղ գիտահետազոտական և փորձարարակոնստրուկտորական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման կարգի, 2016 թ. ԵԱՏՀ որոշումների նախագծերի կարգավորիչ ազդեցության գնահատականի մոնիթորինգի մասով Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի տարեկան հաշվետվության վերաբերյալ և այլն:
