«Դիարբեքիրում պարետային ժամ է հայտարարվել, թե որքան երկար կտեւի այն, դեռ հայտնի չէ»,- Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց թուրքագետ Մուշեղ Խուդավերդյանը. «Ներկայումս Դիարբեքիրում տեղի են ունենում բախումներ թուրքական զորքերի ու «Քրդական բանվորական» կուսակցության զինյալների միջեւ, այդ իսկ պատճառով եւ՛ Դիարբեքիրում, եւ՛ հարակից տարածքներում ժամանակ առ ժամանակ պարետային ժամ է հայտարարվում, այսինքն տեղաբնակների առաջև դրվում է փողոց դուրս գալու արգելք: Կարող ենք նկատել, որ այդ պայքարն այժմ թեւակոխել է բավական կատաղի պայքարի փուլ: Գրեթե ամեն օր այդ բախումների ընթացքում զոհվում են ինչպես թուրք ուժայիններ, այնպես էլ քուրդ զինյալներ»,-ասաց թուրքագետը՝ ընդգծելով, որ թեեւ երկու կողմերն էլ ունեն բավական մեծ քանակի զոհեր, դեռեւս պայքարի ավարտման տեսանելի փուլեր չեն երեւում:

«Կարելի է ասել, որ «Քրդական բանվորական» կուսակցությունը տիրապետում է բավական մեծ նյութական ռեսուրսների, որն էլ հնարավորություն է տալիս զինվել ու ամեն ամիս նոր զինյալներով համալրել իրենց ուժերը, ինչն էլ բավական բարդացնում է թուրք ուժայինների գործը»:

Ինչպես նշեց մասնագետը, պարետային ժամ հայտարարելուց հետո թուրք ուժայինները տվյալ տարածքներում հատուկ օպերացիաներն են իրականացնում, որի ժամանակ բավական կատաղի բախումներ են տեղի ունենում կողմերի միջեւ, այդուհանդերձ թուրքական իշխանություններին չի հաջողվում մաքրել հաշիվները հակառակորդի հետ. «Քուրդ ուժայինները հաջողություն չեն գրանցում, քանի որ քուրդ զինյալները, լավ ծանոթ լինելով տեղանքին, թաքնվում են անտառներում ու լեռներում, շատ դեպքերում էլ ինքնաշեն ռումբեր են տեղադրում ճանապարհների վրա, ինչի հետեւանքով էլ պայթում են տվյալ ճանապարհներով անցնող թուրքական ռազմական մեքենաները, որի հետեւանքով զոհվում են թուրք ուժայինները: Իհարկե, նման պայմաններում դժվար է պայքար մղել քրդերի դեմ, քանի որ նրանք գործում են բավական անկանոն ու թաքնված»:

Թուրքագետի ձեւակերպմամաբ՝ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները ոչ այդքան ապստամբություն են թուրք իշխանության դեմ, որքան պարտիզանական կռիվներ, որի նպատակն է տարածաշրջանում սերմանել անկայունություն ու մշտապես անհանգստության մեջ պահել տեղի թուրքական իշխանություններին. «Որքան էլ որ «Քրդական բանվորական» կուսակցության նախկին առաջնորդ Աբդուլահ Օջալանը խաղաղության կոչեր է հնչեցնում, ի հեճուկս նրան՝ ներկայիս ղեկավարները չեն ցանկանում դադարեցնել հակամարտությունը եւ տարեցտարի իրականացնում են նոր ահաբեկչություններ ու հարձակումներ, ինչի հետեւանքով էլ վնասներ են կրում տեղի թուրքական ուժային կառույցները»:
