Այս անգամ խիզախ թայլանդուհին տասնյակ սև կարիճներին դրել է իր բերանի մեջ, այնուհետև թույլ տվել, որպեսզի դրանք դուրս գան ու քայլեն երեսով ու մարմնի մյուս մասերով:
 
Ինչպես հայտնում է The Daily Mial-ը, Կաետկաևը արդեն 2 անգամ դարձել է Գինեսի գրքի ռեկորդակիր: Առաջին անգամ նա ռեկորդակիր է դարձել, երբ 28 վայրկյան շարունակ սև կարիճին պահել է իր փակ բերանի մեջ:
