Բոլորը ասում են, որ համակարգիչը վնասում է տեսողությունը: Այո: Դա բոլորին հայտնի է, սակայն համակարգիչը մենք հիմնականում օգտագործում ենք աշխատավայրում, իհարկե, նրանք, ովքեր կախվածություն ունեն «կպնում են» համակարգչի մոնիտորին նաև տանը: Սակայն օրվա բոլորին ժամերին ու ամենուր մեզ հետ են բջջայինները, սմարթֆոններն ու պլանշետները: Վերջին հետազոտությունները պարզել են, որ սմարթֆոնների ու պլանշետների վնասակար ցուցիչը աչքերի համար ավելի բարձր է, քան համակարգչինը: Իհարկե, արջի ծառայություն կլինի խորհուրդ տալ չօգտագործել պլանշետներ ու սմարթֆոնները՝ առաջին հերթին, որովհետև դա գրեթե անհնար է, երկրորդը՝ դա ժամանակակից մարդու կապի ու հաճախ նաև աշխատանքի կարևորագույն մասն է:
Այդ պատճառով ներկայացնում եմ 7 միջոց, ինչպես նվազագույնի հասցնել տեսողության վնասը ու միաժամանակ չհրաժարվել «օդի պես» անհրաժեշտ բջջայիններից, սմարթֆոններից ու պլանշետներից:
1.Հաճախ թարթեք աչքերը: Նույն ուսումնասիրությունը պարզել է, որ սմարթֆոններին ու պլանշետներին նայելիս, մենք ավելի ուշ ենք թարթում աչքերը, քան անհրաժեշտ է: Սա աչքերում առաջացնում է չորություն, ինչն էլ հենց վնասում է աչքերին՝ հետևաբար նաև տեսողությանը:
2. Օրենք 20/20/20: Երբ պլանշետով կամ սմարթֆոնով կարդում եք, կինո եք դիտում կամ ուղղակի կայքից կայք եք տեղափոխվում, յուրաքանչյուր 20 րոպեն մեկ կտրվեք էկրանից, թճ վարկյան հայացքը ուղղեք 20 մետր հեռավորության վրա: Եթե ձեր տեսադաշտը այդքանի հնարավորություն չի տալիս, ապա գոնե 6 մետր:
3. Մի օգտագործեք թմարֆոնը կամ պլանշետը մթության մեջ: Սմարթֆոնի և պլանշետի էկրանի լույսը բավական վառ է և ուժեղ: Այն մթության հետ կոնտրաստ է ստեղծում, ինչը կրկնակի ազդեցություն է թողնում աչքերի վրա: Այնպես որ աշխատեք սարքը օգտագործել կամ լուսավորված սենյակում կամ ցերեկային լույսի ներքո:
4. Չօգտագործել և վերջ: Մի մտահոգվեք՝ այս խորհուրդը չի նշանակում չօգտագործել առհասարակ: Սակայն ինքներդ ձեզ համար որոշեք, որ օրինակ էլփոստը, սոցցանցերը կամ ասենք ձեզ հետաքրքրող հոդվածները չեք կարդալու սմարթֆոնի կամ պլանշետի միջոցով: Հստակ սահմանեք այս կանոնը ձեզ համար: Այն հնարավորություն կտա կրճատել դրանց օգտագործումը ինչ-որ կարճ ժամանակով:
5. Մեծացրեք տառաչափը կամ մոտեցրեք այն: Սմարթֆոններն ու պլանշետները հնարավորություն են տալիս բավականաչափ մոտեցնել կամ փոխել տառաչափը: Մեծացրեք յան: Որքան տառաչափը խոշոր է, այնքան աչքերին վրա ընկնող լարվածությունը քիչ է: Օգտագործեք այս սարքերի համար նախատեսված հավելվածները : Դրանք հատուկ հարմարեցված են սարքերի համար:
6. Հեռացրեք այն: Ինչպես վերևում արդեն նշել էին ք, սարքերը հիմնական վնասը հասցնում են այն ժամանակ, երբ չափից ավելի մոտ եք պահում ձեր աչքերին: Հեռացրեք սմարթֆոնը կամ պլանշետը ձեր աչքերից: Սմարթֆոնը կամ պլանշետը պետք է նվազագույնը 40 սանտիմետր ձեր երեսից ու աչքերից հեռու լինի:
Այնպես որ, եթե չեք ցանկանում որ 20-30 տարեկանում ձեր տեսողությունը լինի, ինչպես 50-60 տարեկանի մոտ, ապա հետևեք վերոնշյալ կանոններին:
