Համաշխարհային Բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ընկերությունն իրականացնում է «Նորադուզ-Լիճք-Վարդենիս-Վայք-Որոտան-1» 220 կՎ օդային էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի  վերակառուցման աշխատանքները: Աշխատանքներն իրականացնում է  Kalpataru Power Transmission LTD (Հնդկաստան) ընկերությունը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ընկերության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, էներգահամակարգի համար կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունեցող էլեկտրահաղորդման  գծի վերակառուցումն ուղղակի անհրաժեշտություն է: «Նորադուզ-Լիճք-Վարդենիս-Վայք-Որոտան-1» օդային գիծն  անցնում է  Կոտայքի, Գեղարքունիքի, Վայոց ձորի, Սյունիքի մարզերով: 67 տարվա պատմություն ունեցող գծի ցանկացած վթարի դեպքում, հատկապես ձմեռային ժամանակաշրջանում, այդ տարածաշրջանների շատ բնակավայրեր կմնան առանց էլեկտրամատակարարման: Գծի վերակառուցումը կարևոր է հատկապես բաժանորդների անվտանգ, անխափան և հուսալի էլեկտրաէներգիա ստանալու  իրավունքի տեսանկյունից:

 Ծրագրի շրջանակներում կառուցվում են մետաղական նոր հենարանները՝ 50 մետր բարձրությամբ, որոնք Գորիսի տարածաշրջանի որոշ արկածախնդիր բնակիչների համար դարձել են «գայթակղության» աղբյուր և նրանք որոշել են «ապամոնտաժել» ու յուրացնել այդ հենարաններից որոշ մասեր: Այսպես ԲԷՑ ՓԲԸ Շինուհայր ենթակայանի մոտ գտնվող տեղակայումներում հերթական ստուգում կատարելիս՝ մասնագետները  նկատել են, որ հենարաններից մի քանիսի ոտքերը ամրացնող մասերը գողացվել են, իսկ հենարանի իրանը ոտքին ամրացնող շեղակի մասերը՝ կոտրվել: Բոլոր հենարանների հեղույս-մանեկները զոդվել էին՝ գողություններից խուսափելու համար, բայց դա էլ չի օգնել, մեծ ուժի գործադրմամբ այդ մասերը հենարաններից անջատվել են:

«Հենարանների հիմնական կապակցող մասերի հեռացումը թուլացնում է հենարանների ամրությունը և այդ պայմաններում դրանք կարող են տապալվել՝ թողնելով անդառնալի հետևանքներ: Ավելին` էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի այդ հատվածները լարման տակ են դրված արդեն 9 ամիս, և ցանկացած միջադեպ կարող է ճակատագրական լինել գծի մոտակայքում գտնվող մարդկանց կամ անասունների կյանքի համար: Շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի էլեկտրահաղորդման գծերի մոտակայքում ապրող քաղաքացիները գիտակցեն, որ իրենց «հերոսական» գործողությունների հետևանքով վտանգում են իրենց և ուրիշների կյանքը: Իսկ նման գողությունների ականատեսները ահազանգեն համապատասխան մարմիններ»,-նշվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
