Եթե ամեն բան շտկելով ու նոր արժեհամակարգ ձևավորելով ենք ուզում ստեղծել նոր Հայաստան, ապա դատական համակարգը մեր երկրի ամենից կարևոր ոլորտներից մեկն է: Բայց արի ու տես, որ շարունակվում են կնճռոտ մնալ այս համակարգում տեղի ունեցող որոշակի պրոցեսներ ու արդյունքում բախվում ենք բացահայտ զեղծարարության հետ:
Հեռու չգնանք ու վկայակոչենք վերջին աղմկահարույց պատմություններից մեկը: ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օգնական Էդուարդ Բաբայանն այսօր կալանավորված է այն մեղադրանքով, որ իբրև թե քաղաքացի Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովին ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ է պատճառել: Այս կալանավորումը իրականացվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության այն եզրակացության հիման վրա, որտեղ արձանագրված է, որ կոտրվել էր Հարությունովի կողոսկրը և ծակվել էր թոքը: Բայց կան մի շարք հանգամանքներ, որ փաստում են, որ վերանշյալ դատաբժշկական եզրակացությունը կեղծ հիմքեր ունի և իրականության հետ ոչ մի կապ չունի:
Ամենից ակներևը իբր թե տուժողի ֆիզիկական վիճակն է, որը բոլորովին այլ բանի մասին է խոսում: Համացանցում հայտնված բազմաթիվ տեսանյութերում նախ ինքը՝ Հարությունովը, բացատրում է իրական եղելությունը և այդ բոլոր տեսագրություններում չենք տեսնում ոչ թոքի վնասվածքի հետևանքով կտրված ձայն, ոչ էլ կողոսկրի կոտրվածքի հետևանքով առաջացած անշարժություն: Ի վերջո, եթե այդքան ծանր վիճակում էր ենթադրյալ տուժողը, որը դատարանի համար կալանավորվելու հիմք կարող էր դառնալ, ապա այդ ինչպե՞ս եղավ, որ հիվանդանոցից երկու օր անց դուրս գրվեց: Ավելին դուրս գրվելուց հետո նա ակտիվ խոսւոմ էր լրագրողների հետ, ոտիք վրա ժամերով սպասում էր դատարանի առջև, ազատորեն շարժում էր թևերը, բաներ, որոնք բնորոշ են միայն լիովին առողջ մարդկանց: Եթե սրան էլ ավելացնենք այն, որ ենթադրյալ տուժողի դեմքի վրա դեպքից ընդամենը 2 օր անց չկա ոչ մի հետք, ոչ մի կապտուկ, ապա «ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներով» ծեծկռտուքի մասին եզրակացությունը ուղղակի միֆ է: 
Այս ամենը ուղղակի հիմնավոր կասկածի տակ է դնում դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը: Այստեղ արդեն արդիական է դառնում այն, որ այս թեմայով արտահայտվի արդեն անձամբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը և քայլեր ձեռնարկի նման եզրակացություն տված դատաբժշկին իրավական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար:
