Կապանի Հալիձոր թաղամասի 13 շենքի 42-ամյա բնակիչ Էրիկ Սողոմոնյանը հայտնվել է անելանելի վիճակում: 2015 թվականին մայրը 700 հազար դրամի չափով վարկ է վերցրել ՎՏԲ բանկից և չի կարողացել վճարել: Բանկն աճուրդի միջոցով երեք սենյականոց բնակարանը վաճառել է 490 հազար դրամով:«Վարկ է վերցրել, ոչ մեկս չենք իմացել… Հետո իրեն ինսուլտ է խփում: Ծանր վիճակում տանում էի հիվանդանոց, բերում, չէր էլ ասում, որ վարկ ունի: ՎՏԲ-ն տալիս է դատարան: Տունը 6 մլն են գնահատում, աճուրդի դնում, գինն իջնում է մինչև 490 հազար դրամ… Մի ամիս առաջ տան էլեկտրիկն ասում է՝ տան փաստաթղթերը բեր, որ հոսանքը փոխեմ, գալիս եմ տուն՝ դակումենտները չկան: Գնում եմ կադաստր, թուղթ են տալիս, թե սեփականատերը Դավիթ Արզումանյանն է, որը 490 հազարով գնել է տունը»,- պատմում է Էրիկ Սողոմոնյանը:

Բնակչի խոսքով՝ իր քույրը նույնպես հանդիպել է սեփականատիրոջը, խնդրել՝ տունը վերադարձնել որբ երեխաներին, բայց ապարդյուն: «Քույրս ասել ա՝ ինչքան ծախս արել ես, մի բան էլ ավել եմ տալիս, էդ տունը վերադարձրու ծնողազուրկ երեխաներին՝ չի համաձայնվում, ասում է՝ 6000 դոլարից պակաս չեմ ծախսում: Ո՞վ ա տեսել 3 սենյականոց բանկարանը 490 հազար դրամով աճուրդի դնեն՝ վաճառեն, սկի հավի բուդկեն էդքան չի լինի…Կինս մահացավ, երեխեքս որբ մնացին, ունեմ-չունեմ էս մի տունը, իրենց վերցնեմ ո՞ւր գնամ: Ես ամեն տեղ գնալու եմ, վարչապետին էլ եմ հանդիպելու՝ աղաչելու եմ, որ իմ տունս հետ բերեմ: Տղաս բանակ պիտի գնա, չգիտեմ էլ՝ ի՞նչ հասցեի տակ են տանելու բանակ»:
