Երեկ Արցախի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և բնակարանային հարցերի նախարար է նշանակվել Մանե Թանդիլ յանը։ Այս նշանակումը բուռն քննարկումների տեղիք տվեց՝ կապված ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնից հրաժարականի, առողջական վիճակի հետ կապված՝ պատգամավորական մանդատը վայր դնելու, քաղաքականությունից փաստացի դուրս գալու, իսկ պատերազմից հետո բուժումը կիսատ թողնելու և բնակվելու նպատակով Արցախ տեղափոխվելու «ընթացքի» հետ:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, Մանե Թանդիլ յանի նշանակումը հատկապես տարակուսանքով են ընդունել Հայաստանի աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում: Այստեղ նրան հիշում են որպես ամենաչհաջողված նախարարներից մեկը: Ավելին, կուլիսներում խոսում են, որ դժվար է նույնիսկ ասել՝ ով էր ավելի վատ նախարար՝ Մանե Թանդիլ յա՞նը, թե՞ օրերս աշխատանքից ազատված Զարուհի Բաթոյանը:Նախարարության աշխատակիցները հիշում են, որ իր նախարար եղած ժամանակ Թանդիլ յանը բացարձակ չի տիրապետել իրավիճակին, կամայական ու հակասական որոշումներ է կայացրել, աչքի է ընկել պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի ու կառավարչական հմտությունների իսպառ բացակայությամբ: Նախարարությունում աշխատող մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը նշում էր, որ ԱՍՆ աշխատակազմում զարմացած են, թե Հայաստանում իր պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ ձախողված նախարարն ինչով կարող է օգտակար լինել ներկայումս սոցիալական ահռելի խնդիրներ ունեցող Արցախին:
