Այս օրերին մենք պարբերաբար ահազանգեր ենք ստանում, որ իշխանությունները Հայաստանում գտնվող տնազուրկ արցախցիներին միջնորդավորված կերպով սպառնում են, որ կզրկեն ամեն ինչից, եթե մասնակցեն ընդդիմության հանրահավաքներին կամ մամուլով բողոքի ձայն բարձրացնեն: Հիմա էլ այս ամենը իշխանությունները տեղափոխել են սոցցանցեր: Բավական է որևէ արցախցի, որը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պատճառով կորցրել է ամեն ինչ, հրաժարականի պահանջ դնի կամ բարձրաձայնի պետության կողմից անտեսված լինելու մասին, կազմակերպված ձևով դառնում է իշխանական ֆեյքերի կամ, այսպես կոչված, «նիկոլագոլիկների» հարձակման թիրախ: Վիրավորում ու անպատվում են արցախցի մեր հայրենակիցներին, կոչ անում գնալ իրենց տները՝ անկախ նրանից՝ այդ մարդիկ տուն կամ ընդհանրապես գյուղ ունե՞ն, թե՞ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների «թեթև ձեռքով» զրկվել են, անկախ նրանցի՝ նրանց տներից քանի՞ մետրի վրա են թրևում ադրբեջանցի բաշիբոզուկները:

Ավելին, ամենահաճախ հանդիպող մեղադրանքներից մեկն այն է, թե Արցախում հաշվառված և բնակված անձինք ինչ կապ ունեն Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հետ, ինչ իրավունք ունեն պահանջներ դնելու, նրանք իշխանություն ունեն, թող Արցախի իշխանություններից էլ պահանջեն: Այս առումով քաղտեխնոլոգ Արմեն Բադալ յանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց. «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միշտ նշում է, որ ինքը լիազորված չէ արցախցիների անունից խոսել, բայց արցախցիների անունից գնաց ու ստորագրեց այդ կապիտուլ յացիայի ակտը: Իհարկե, արցախցիները ՀՀ վարչապետ չեն ընտրել, բայց այդ տրամաբանությամբ արցախցիներն էլ ՀՀ վարչապետին չէին լիազորել գնալ ու իր ապիկար ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությամբ հանձնել Հադրութն ու Շուշին, ինչպես նաև Մարտունու, Մարտակերտի բազմաթիվ գյուղեր: Սա՝ իրավական կողմի մասին: Բացի այդ, իշխող քաղաքական ուժը երկու տարի շարունակ անընդհատ «սև ու սպիտակի» նույն գիծն է տանում, ուղղակի միշտ «սև ու սպիտակի» մեջ հասարակության տարբեր սեգմենտներ են հայտնվում:

Հիմա «սևերը» արցախցիներն են, ու իշխանությունները տանում են «հայաստանցի-արցախցի» բաժանարար գիծը: Սա մանիպուլ յացիոն տեխնոլոգիա է, որն իշխանությունները օգտագործում են ֆեյսբուքյան տարածքում: Ուղղակի պետք է մի բան իմանալ՝ ֆեյսբուքյան ու հայաստանյան իրականությունը իրար հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեն»:
