Մարդկանց մի մեծ խումբ աղաղակում էր՝ մեր արժեքների դեմ ակնհայտ արշավ է սկսվել, անհասկանալի և կործանարար ուղղությամբ ենք շարժվում։ Երկու կողմերից ամեն մեկն իր ճիշտն էր առաջ տանում, բայց ինչ-որ մի կետում մենք էլի հաշտ էինք, իսկ հիմա հաշտ ենք նաև ամենակարևոր հարցում՝ յուրաքանչյուրս ձեզ չի ների մեր հայրենիքի կորուստը։

Չենք ների Եռաբլուր ձեր չայցերը, մինչդեռ դուք այնտեղ ամեն օր պետք է գլխիկոր գնայիք՝ ներում ստանալու ակնկալիքով, որը երբեք չի լինելու։ Ձեզ չենք ների այն, որ մեր երեխաները գերության մեջ են, իսկ շատերի մարմիններն էլ, ավաղ, դեռ չենք կարողանում պատվով հողին հանձնել և գոնե այդ կերպ սփոփանք գտնել։ Մենք ձեզ չենք ների, որ Հայաստանի սահմաններին այսօր ազատորեն թուրքն է թրև գալիս, չենք ների, որ բերեցիք ու երեսուն տարի հետո թուրքին նորից մեզ այդքան մոտ հարևան դարձրեցիք։ Չենք ների Եռաբլուրի սահմանի մեծացումը, ձեզ չեն ների հայրերն ու մայրերը, որոնք զոհասեղանին դրեցին ամենակարևորը՝ իրենց սիրասուն որդիների կյանքը, բայց փոխարենը ձեռնունայն մնացին՝ ո՛չ որդիները վերադարձան, ո՛չ էլ հաղթանակի բերկրանքը տեսան։

Ձեզ չի ների քաղաքացին, ձեր փոխարեն վիրավորվում է. ստորաքարշ թշնամու նախագահն այնքան համարձակություն է ձեռք բերել, որ կարողանում է մեր երկրի փաստացի ղեկավարին վիրավորել։ Քաղաքացին, հայը ձեզ այդ անարգանքը չի ների, որովհետև համարում է՝ Ալիևն իրեն է անձնական վիրավորանք հասցնում։ Ձեզ չեն ների, որ պրոթեզավորման կենտրոնները նորից սկսել են մեծ թափով աշխատել, հիվանդանոցներում տեղ չկա։ Չեն ների, քանի որ մեկ ոտքը կորցրած երիտասարդն ասում է՝ «մենք ոչ ոքից չենք տարբերվում, երևի միայն ամռանը տարբերությունը կերևա, երբ կարճ շորտեր կհագնենք»։

Մարդիկ ձեզ չեն ների, որովհետև մարտի դաշտից վերադարձած տղաների աչքերում խորը դատարկություն են տեսնում, շատերն էլ ասում են՝ երջանիկ են նրանք, ովքեր չվերադարձան, նրանք գոնե այս պարտությունը, այս ամոթը չտեսան։ Չեն ների, որովհետև ամեն անգամ մեղավորներ եք փնտրում՝ նախկիններն են մեղավոր, իսկ կա՞ մեկը, որը նրանց գլխին սրբի պսակ է դնում։ Մեղավոր են նաև ներկաները, իսկ կհիշե՞նք, թե իրենց ընտրության հարցում ովքե՞ր են մեղավոր։ Ձեզ չեն ների պարտությունը, ու նաև այն, որ այս պարտությունը ոտնակոխ արեց մեր արժանապատվությունը, որ Մոնթեի ծննդյան օրը նրա ազատագրած Քարվաճառը, որպես նվեր, սկուտեղի վրա մատուցեցիք թշնամուն, պարտության զոհասեղանին դրեցիք ամենակարևորը, ինչի արժեքն, ավաղ, ինքներդ էլ չգիտեք՝ հայրենիքը, արժանապատվությունը և բանակը։
