Դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ մասնագետները խոսում էին այն մասին, որ հետպատերազմյան ցնցումներն առաջինը նկատելի են լինելու տնտեսության վրա, ինչն էլ իր հերթին շղթայական ռեակցիայով ուղղակի ազդեցություն է ունենալու պետբյուջեի վրա։ Ավելին, որոշ տնտեսագետներ կարծիք էին հայտնում, որ շուտով հնարավոր չի լինելու թոշակ, նպաստ ու աշխատավարձ վճարել: Ճիշտ է, վերջերս այդ նպատակով իշխանությունները երկիրը գցեցին հերթական պարտքի տակ՝ 750 մլն դոլարի եվրոբոնդ թողարկելով, սակայն, կարծես, դա էլ չի օգնում: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ինչքան էլ իշխանությունները և անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում են այնպես անել, որ ֆինանսական առումով խուճապ չառաջանա հանրության շրջանում, այնուամենայնիվ, մարդիկ իրենց վրա են զգում, թե ինչ անկառավարելի վիճակ է ստեղծվել երկրում և ողջ կառավարման համակարգում։
