Կիրակի օրը Պուտինը զրույցներ է ունեցել Ֆրանսիայի, Թուրքիայի և Իսրայելի առաջնորդների հետ, որոնց ընթացքում պարզ է դարձել, որ Պուտինը ոչ միայն հետ չի կանգնել իր մտադրություններից, այլ ամեն ինչ անում է համաշխարհային, և չի բացառվում՝ միջուկային պատերազմ սանձազերծելու համար։

Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ասել է, որ իր նպատակներին հասնելու է «կա՛մ բանակցությունների, կա՛մ պատերազմի միջոցով», ասվում է Ելիսեյան պալատի հաղորդագրությունում։ Միաժամանակ «Պուտինը նշել է, որ չի պատրաստվում հարձակվել ատոմակայանների վրա»։ Մակրոնը Պուտինին հայտնել է միջուկային ռիսկերը կանխելու համար կոնկրետ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։

Իսրայելի վարչապետ Նաֆթալի Բենետը հայտարարել է, որ Իսրայելը կշարունակի փորձերը վերջ դնելու Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև պատերազմին, նույնիսկ եթե հաջողությունը քիչ հավանական թվա: Բենետն այս մասին ասել է Մոսկվայից վերադառնալուց հետո, որտեղ հանդիպել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ։
