Հունվարի 21-ին ԱՀ ԱԺ սոցիալական և առողջապահության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը կազմակերպել է քննարկում՝ շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակի շուրջ:

Քննարկմանը մասնակցում էր ԱՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանը: Հրավիրված էին սոցիալական, առողջապահության, էներգետիկ համակարգի պատասխանատուներ:

Հաղորդումներով հանդես են եկել «Արցախէներգո» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Խաչատրյանն ու  ու «Արցախգազ» ՓԲԸ տնօրենի տեղակալ Արթուր Դադասյանը:

Անդրանիկ Խաչատրյանը տեղեկություն ներկայացրեց վթարի պատճառի ու վայրի, էներգետիկ համակարգի առկա ռեսուրսների մասին, հիմնավորեց այսօրվանից  վեցժամյա հովհարային անջատման անցնելու որոշումը: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ արտադրական ցիկլը չխաթարելու համար 24 ժամյա ռեժիմով  էլեկտրաէներգիայով ապահովվում են 2 կաթի գործարաններն ու հացի թխման կետերը:

Արթուր Դադասյանն անդրադարձավ գազամատակարարման խնդիրներին:Նրա խոսքով՝ այս պահի դրությամբ գազամատակարարումը  հանրապետությունում վերականգնված է:
