«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

iarex.ru–ն «Հերթական «չինական» զգուշացումը Ռուսաստանից Հայաստանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ եթե Հայաստանը գնա եվրոպական ընտրության ճանապարհով, դա օբյեկտիվորեն կհանգեցնի այն հաստատված տնտեսական հարաբերությունների վերանայմանը, որ Երևանը ներկայում ունի ԵԱՏՄ գծով իր գործընկերների հետ, և դա, հավանաբար, բավականին ցավոտ գործընթաց կլինի, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի բնակչության համար, ասել է Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։ Սա ևս մեկ բանավոր զգուշացում է Մոսկվայից Երևանին։ Մինչ այդ դրանք հնչեցրել էր ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը՝ զգուշացնելով, որ «Երևանը չի կարող նստել երկու աթոռի վրա», թեև նաև նրբանկատորեն էլ շեշտել էր, որ «դա Հայաստանի ներքին գործն է»։ Այդ մասին խոսել էր նաև ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։ iarex.ru լրատվական գործակալության դիտորդ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովն է մեկնաբանել իրավիճակը:

«Առայժմ Ռուսաստանը մեղմ է գործում, փորձում է տրամաբանորեն, հղում անելով Հայաստանի և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջև ապրանքաշրջանառության տվյալները, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին համոզել, որ նման քայլը սխալ է, և որ ԵՄ-ն ի վիճակի չէ Հայաստանին տալ այն, ինչ կարող է տալ Ռուսաստանը։ Բայց նման բանավոր դիվանագիտության ռեսուրսն արդեն սպառվում է։ Մոտենում է կոշտ որոշումների և այդ հարցում Հայաստանի դիրքորոշման աշխարհաքաղաքական դավաճանության պիտակավորման ժամանակը»,- նշել է Տարասովը։

Եվ խնդիրը, նրա կարծիքով, ըստ ամենայնի, հենց դա է: «Երևանը բացահայտորեն տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը տանում է դեպի հերթական առճակատման, բայց այլևս ոչ նեղ տարածաշրջանային, այլ լայն՝ Արևմուտք-Արևելք համատեքստում, և մտադիր է տարածաշրջան ներգրավել ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմական կառույցներին: Հիմա հակամարտության կողմերը կարող են լինել ոչ թե Բաքուն և Երևանը, այլ անուղղակիորեն Մոսկվան և Բրյուսելը: Հետևաբար, Մոսկվան սկսել է դիտարկել ոչ թե հայկական տնտեսական համագործակցության կորուստները, այլ ուկրաինական սցենարով իրադարձությունների զարգացման հավանականությունը»,- ասել է քաղաքագետը։

Պատահական չէ, որ Երևանը ձեռնպահ է մնացել ՀԱՊԿ ֆինանսավորման փաստաթղթի ստորագրումից, շարունակել է փորձագետը։ «Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա հավասարակշռում է և չի կողմնորոշվում, թե ո՞ր ուղղությամբ է գնալու հաջորդիվ։ Նրան չեն ներառել տարածաշրջանի առևտրային միջանցքներում, Հյուսիս-Հարավ տրանսպորտային միջանցքը, որը կարևոր նշանակություն ունի բոլոր հարևան երկրների համար, շրջանցում է Հայաստանը։ Դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանի ընտրության շրջանակը արագ նեղանում է, իսկ աշխարհաքաղաքական ցունամին, որը ունակ է խարխլել տարածաշրջանի առանց այն էլ անհանգիստ իրավիճակը, ուժ է հավաքում»,- ամփոփել է Տարասովը։
