Կոմիտասի այն ձևակերպումը, թե հայ երաժշտությունն ո՛չ արևելյան է և ո՛չ էլ արևմտյան, այլ ինքնուրույն է, մեզ բերում է կեցության ամենադժվարին ձևին, որովհետև ինքնուրույն համակարգում ապրելով չունես առանձնապես հուշող և օգնող և հեշտությամբ կարելի է կորցնել ամեն ինչ,կամ կոնսերվացվել՝ դառնալով հուշարձան-մահարձան: Մեր հեղինակների նուրբ աշխարհների բարակ վրձնահարվածներն արձանագրում են հայ խմբերգային երաժշտության կենսունակությունը:

2012 թվականին «Հովեր» պետական կամերային երգչախմբի մի խումբ առաջատար երգիչներ միավորվեցին «Հովեր-անսամբլ» ստեղծելու գաղափարի շուրջ: Կարճ ժամանակում «Հովեր-անսամբլ»-ը հասավ մեծ հաջողությունների՝ հանդես գալով Ֆրանսիայի, Գերմանիայի, Թայվանի, Վրաստանի հեղինակավոր համերգասրահներում: 10937795_923662517651915_415750976_n «Հովեր-անսամբլ»-ի երգացանկը ընդգրկում է հայ հոգևոր և աշխարհիկ, ավանդական և ժամանակակից, ինչպես նաև արևմտաեվրոպական հեղինակների ստեղծագործություններ, երբեմն էլ անսամբլի կազմում երգող երգիչներ Վահագն Բաբլոյանի և Արթուր Մանուկյանի անսամբլային մշակումներ: «Հովեր-անսամբլի» նոր ձայնասկավառակը մեկտեղում է Կոմիտասի, Սյունիի, Սայաթ-Նովայի և ժամանակակից 20 հայ կոմպոզիտորների ոսկեհյուս խմբերգային ստեղծագործությունները:
2015 թվականի «Հովերի» համերգային շրջագայությունների մեկնարկը հունվարի 22-ից փետրվարի 5-ը կայանալիք շրջագայությունն է, ուր «Հովեր-անսամբլ»-ը մենահամերգներով հանդես կգա Ֆրանսիայում, Տալլինում և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում: Համերգները կկայանան Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակի շրջանակում:

«Հովեր» պետական կամերային երգչախումբը հանդես է եկել խմբերգային ներկայացումներով, մեծակտավ վոկալ-սիմֆոնիկ, օպերային, կամերային ժանրերի ավանդական և փորձարարական նախագծերով: Համագործակցում է ՀՊՖՆ-ի, ԵԿՊՆ-ի և Մենակատարների անսամբլի, ինչպես և «Երևանյան հեռանկարներ» փառատոնի հետ:
«Հովերը» հայ կոմպոզիտորների մի շարք գործերի ստեղծման նախաձեռնողն ու առաջին կատարողն է (հեղինակներ՝ Վ. Շարաֆյան, Ա. Ավանեսով, Ա. Ազիզյան. Ս. Երկանյան, Ե. Երկանյան, Ս. Բաբաթորոսյան): 10942818_923662504318583_764820659_n Երգչախումբը ձայնագրել է 6 ձայնասկավառակ, մասնակցել է գեղարվեստական ֆիլմերի երաժշտական ձևավորումներին. « Արարատ» (ռեժ.՝ Ա. Էգոյան), «Արտույտների ագարակը» (ռեժ.՝ Տավիանի եղբայրներ), «Նամուս» (ARTE ստուդիայի վերականգնված տարբերակ ) և այլն:
«Հովեր» կամերային երգչախումբը հանդես է եկել մեծանուն երաժիշտների հետ (Գ. Կրեմեր, Ա. Մուստոնեն, Ռ. Շերվինիկաս, Դ. Գերինգաս, Ջ.Նելսոն, Մ. Կլաուզա և այլոք):
2011-ից «Հովերը» ակտիվորեն աշխատում է Կամերային երաժշտության ազգային կենտրոնի կազմում:
