Օրերս տեղեկություն տարածվեց այն մասին, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի թագուհի Էլիզաբեթ II-ը ապրիլի 24-ին այցելելու է Թուրքիա՝ մասնակցելու, այսպես կոչված, Դարդանելի ճակատամարտի 100-ամյակի միջոցառումներին: Թագուհու այցի, Թուրքիայի կողմից որդեգրած եւ կյանքի կոչվող վերջին ծրագրերի մասին Orer.am-ը զրուցեց թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանի հետ:
-Պարոն Սաֆրաստյան, տեղեկություն է տարածվել այն մասին, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի թագուհի Էլիզաբեթ II-ը ապրիլի 24-ին այցելելու է Թուրքիա, որպեսզի մասնակցի Դարդանելի ճակատամարտի 100-ամյակի միջոցառումներին: Արդյո՞ք կարելի է զարմանալ թագուհու այս քայլից:
-Չգիտեմ, թե որքանով է այդ հաղորդագրությունը համապատասխանում իրականությանը, բայց Մեծ Բիտանիայի թագուհու այս քայլն ինձ չի զարմացնում, որովհետեւ այդ երկրի քաղաքականությունը` Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բնագավառում, այսօրվա իշխանություններին լավ հայտնի է: Նրանք ամեն կերպ խուսափում են այդ հարցը դնել խորհրդարանական քննարկման` ի տարբերություն 1916-1919 թվականների, երբ անգլիացի ու բրիտանացի ժողովրդի ազնիվ ներկայացուցիչներն ու հայտնի քաղաքական գործիչները հետեւողականություն ցուցաբերեցին, որպեսզի իրենց խորհրդարանում Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցը քննարկվի: Հիշենք, որ այդ ժամանակ ստեղծվեց նաեւ փաստաթղթերի հայտնի ժողովածուն, որին մասնակից եղավ 20-րդ դարի ամենահայտնի պատմաբաններից մեկը: Ես ցավով եմ նշում, որ ժամանակակից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները չեն գտնվում այն բարձրության վրա, որի վրա նրանք գտնվում էին ժամանակին:
- Որո՞նք են թագուհու այս քայլի դրդապատճառները:
-Նման քաղաքականություն վարելու պատճառն, ինչ խոսք, ակնհայտ է: Այստեղ, այսպես կոչված, քաղաքական շահն է ղեկավարում: Նրանք, քաղաքական շահի հետ կապված, հաշվարկներն ավելի բարձր են դասում, քան բարոյականությունը եւ հանուն ճշմարտության ինչ-որ քայլերի ձեռնարկումը: Խայտառակություն է, երբ թուրքական իշխանությունները պատմական փաստերը խեղաթյուրում են` հրավիրելով ապրիլի 24-ին տարբեր երկրների ղեկավարներին իրենց մոտ, որպեսզի ամեն կերպ նսեմացնեն ապրիլի 24-ի նշանակությունը եւ՛ հայ ժողովրդի, եւ՛ ամբողջ աշխարհի մարդկության համար: Բազմիցս ասել եմ ու նորից կկրկնեմ, եթե պետության ղեկավարներն ընդունում են թուրքական հրավերը եւ գնում են Թուրքիա, ապա դա նշանակում է, որ նրանք բարոյականության սկզբունքներին արհամարհանքով են նայում, որը շատ ցավալի է:
-Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Դավիթօղլուն երեկ հայտարարել է, որ իրենց հողերի իրական զավակները հայերն են ու մնացած փոքրամասնությունները: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, նման հայտարարություններով հանդես գալով, նրանք փորձում են աշխարհին ցույց տալ, որ դեմոկրա՞տ են:
-Նրանք տարբեր տեսակի՝ «փափուկ» եւ կոշտ հայտարարություններով փորձում են աշխարհի մոտ տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ իրենք հայ ժողովրդին ընդառաջ քայլեր են անում, բայց այդ ամենն իրականությունը սքողելու քաղաքականություն է: Աշհարհը չպետք է մոռանա, որ Թուրքիան շարունակում է մերժել Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցը:
-Իսկ Թուրքիայի նախագահի twitter-ում գրանցվելու նպատակը ո՞րն է, կրկին աշխարհին ինչ-որ բան ապացուցելու նոր ձե՞ւ:
-Twitter-ը, որոշ չափով նաեւ facebook-ը Թուրքիայում հատուկ նշանակություն ունեն: Դրանք մի կողմից օգտագործվում են Թուրքիայի այն դեմոկրատական ուժերի կողմից, որոնք քննադատում են ու պայքարում են ներկայիս իշխանությունների դեմ, իսկ մյուս կողմից էլ թուրքական իշխանություններն ամեն կերպ փորձում են սահմանափակել այդ սոցցանցերի օգտագործումը երկրում: Twitter-յան եւ facebook-յան hազարավոր էջեր են փակվում, սակայն թուրքական իշխանությունները ներկայումս այնպիսի քայլերի են գնում ու այնպիսի հայտարարություններ են անում, որ աշխարհին եւ եվրոպական հասարակությանը, ովքեր հիմնականում քննադատում են նրանց վարած քաղաքկանությունը, ցույց տան, թե իբր իրենք դեմոկրատ են: Պետք է նշեմ, որ այս պարագայում նրանք շատ պարզ տրամաբանությամբ են շարժվում:
