Գյումրիի ժուռնալիստների «Ասպարեզ» ակումբի նախագահ Լևոն Բարսեղյանն այսօր լրագրողներին հայտնեց, որ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանությունից հետո քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած բողոքի ակցիայի ընթացքում մասնակիցների և ոստիկանների միջև իրականացված բախումների գործով մեղադրանք առաջադրված երիտասարդներն արտագնա աշխատանքով զբաղվողներ են,- հայտնում է Orer.am-ը:

Ըստ Բարսեղյանի` այդ մարդիկ կարծես թե պատանդ վերցված լինեն:

«Խոպանի տոմս գնած, տոմսը հետ տված և այժմ տանը նստած մարդիկ են նրանք: Բախումների օրը ոստիկանները փողոց էին դուրս եկել առանց սաղավարտների: Հենց, օրինակ, այն ոստիկանը, որի գլուխն էր պատռվել, չի ներկայացել և չի ասել, որ ոստիկան է»,-նշում է Լևոն Բարսեղյանը:

«Բարսեղյանը նշեց, որ հունվարի 15-ին ոստիկանների գործողություններն ապօրինի են եղել, իսկ ցուցարարները ոստիկան ծեծելու մտադրությամբ չեն փողոց դուրս եկել, նրանք ընդամենը պաշտպանվել են»,- ասաց նա:

Խոսելով Ավետիսյանների սպանդի դատավարության մասին՝ «Ասպարեզ» ակումբի նախագահն ասաց, որ հանրության պահանջները և սպասելիքները չեն արդարացվում, գլխավոր դատախազն էլ անվերջ նամակներ է գրում ՌԴ-ի իր գործընկերոջը, որոնք ապարդյուն են անցնում: Բարսեղյանի կարծիքով՝ Ավետիսյանների 7 զոհերը պետք է ունենային նվազագույնը մեկական փաստաբան, որպեսզի գործի վերահսկողությունը պատշաճ լիներ:

Բարսեղյանը եզրափակեց. «Մարդկանց արդյունքն է հետաքրքրում: Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր մեղավոր են՝ պետք է կրեն իրենց պատիժը: Ես կարծում եմ` 2,5 ամսում այդ գործը պետք է բացահայտած լինեին»:
