Forpost-sz.ru-ն գրում է, որ Google-ը նախատեսում է լիցենզավորել քարտեզների տվյալների նոր հավաքածուներ, որոնք կարող են օգտագործվել էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների հետ աշխատելու համար: Այդ մասին հայտնել է CNBC-ն։

Վճարովի հասանելիություն կտրամադրվի արևային էներգիայի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման և օդի որակի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն: Նոր առաջարկների թվում կլինի Solar API-ը, որը կարող են օգտագործել արևային վահանակների այնպիսի տեղադրողները, ինչպիսիք են SunRun-ը և Tesla-ն:

Նոր քարտեզների օգտագործողներ կարող են դառնալ նաև արևային էներգիայի նախագծերի այնպիսի ընկերություններ, ինչպիսիք են Aurora Solar-ը: Այլ խոստումնալից օգտվողներ են նաև խոշոր անշարժ գույքի ընկերությունները և հյուրանոցային օպերատորները:

Google-ն այժմ ունի Project Sunroof-ը, որը սպառողներին ուղղված նախագիծ է, որը թույլ է տալիս մուտքագրել հասցե և ստանալ արևային մարտկոցի միացման ծախսերի և խնայողությունների հաշվարկ: Իսկ նոր քարտեզները կօգտագործեն ավելի քան 350 միլիոն շենքերի տվյալներ, մինչդեռ Sunroof-ն ընդամենը 60 միլիոն տների տվյալներ է օգտագործում, հայտնել է ընկերությունը:

Գնահատվում է, որ վահանակների տեղադրողներն իրենց գործունեության առաջին տարում ընկերությանը կտան 90-ից մինչև 100 մլն դոլար եկամուտ:

Google-ը չի բացահայտում, թե որքան է վաստակում իր քարտեզների բիզնեսից, սակայն ըստ 2021 թվականի Morgan Stanley-ի վերլուծության այն պատմականորեն եղել է Google-ի ամենաթերարժեք դրամայնացված արտադրանքներից մեկը: Միաժամանակ կանխատեսվում է, որ Google Maps-ի շահույթը 2023 թվականին կարող է հասնել 11,1 միլիարդ դոլարի։
