Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը կյանքում գոնե մեկ անգամ զգացել է գլխացավերի տեսակներից  որեւէ մեկը:

 

Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալներով, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ ցանկացած մարդ ունենում է գլխացավեր:

Պարզեք, թե որ տիպի գլխացավն է ձեզ անհանգստացնում եւ ինչ անել դրանից ազատվելու համար:

  1. Պարբերական  գլխացավ

Ցավը տարածվում է մեկ աչքի կամ աչքերի շուրջը, դեմքի մի կողմում: Այն ուղեկցվում է այտուցվածությամբ, կարմրությամբ, քրտնարտադրությամբ: Կարող է լինել քթի փակվածություն, արցունքաբերություն: Պարբերական գլխացավը լինում է ժամանակ առ ժամանակ եւ կարող է տեւել 15 րոպեից մինչեւ 3 ժամ:

Ցավի ժամանակ օգտագործեք կապսաիցին պարունակող քսուկներ, որոնք ստացվում են կծու պղպեղի սերմերից: Մի փոքր քսեք քթի տակ, դա կհանգստացնի գլխացավը:

  1. Միգրեն

Միգրենի ժամանակ դուք ինտենսիվ միակողմանի ցավ եք զգում գլխի ներսում: Այն կարող է տեւել մի քանի օր: Դուք դառնում եք դյուրազգաց աղմուկի եւ լույսի նկատմամբ: Կարող են լինել սրտխառնոց եւ փսխում: Միգրենը սովորաբար փոխանցվում է ժառանգաբար:

Լարված ու բութ գլխացավը տարածվում է ամբողջ գլխով: Այն պուլսի նման չի խփում: Կարղ են ցավեր զգացվել պարանոցի եւ ուսերի հատվածում: Այս գլխացավը հիմնականում առաջանում է սթրեսից, ինչի հետեւանքով կրճատվում են պարանոցի եւ գլխի մկանները: Կարող են լինել սրտխառնոց եւ փսխում:

Ցավը կհանգստացնի կոճապղպեղով թեյը, գլխամաշկին կարող եք քսել դաղձի յուղ՝ մկանները թուլացնելու համար:

 

  1. Սինուսային գլխացավեր

Այս տիպի գլխացավը հաճախ շփոթում են միգրենի հետ: Իսկապես նման են դրանք ախտանիշներով, սակայն պատճառներն են տարբեր: Սինուսային ցավերն ունենում են սեզոնային ալերգիաներով կամ սինուսիող տառապող մարդիկ:

Նման ցավերից կարելի է ազատվել քթի խոռոչներում կուտակվող եւ սինուսային ճնշում առաջացնող արտադրությունը մաքրելով: Անխուսափելի է հակաբիոտիկների ընդունումը:

Շատ խմեք հեղուկներ, գոլ ջուր, կիտրոնով թեյ, վիտամին C-ով հարուստ մթերքներ, կոճապղպեղ, որոնք կօգնեն օրգանիզմին հաղթահարել վարակները:
