Ասում են, որ աչքերը հոգու հայելին են։ Որպեսզի իրոք ցանկություն առաջանա խորասուզվել դրանց մեջ՝ պետք է հոգ տանել ու խնամել աչքերի կողքի հատվածները։

Tochka-ն գրում է, որ աչքերի կողքի մաշկը շատ նուրբ ու բարակ է, այդ պատճառով էլ այն պետք է հատուկ կերպ խնամել։

1.      Ճիշտ մաքրեք աչքի կողքի հատվածները։ Առաջին հերթին պետք է առավոտյան ու երեկոյան մաքրել կոպերի հատվածները։ Հիշեք, որ այդ պրոցեդուրան պետք է շատ նուրբ լինի, որպեսզի չվնասի աչքերի կողքի մաշկը։

2.      Խոնավեցրեք աչքի կողքի հատվածները։ Օգտագործեք խոնավեցնող կրեմ։ Այն պետք է փափուկ լինի, որպեսզի չչորացնի ձեր նուրբ մաշկը։ Շատ հարմար են նաև բնական յուղերը, մասնավորապես՝ նուշի յուղը։

3.      Մերսեք աչքի կողքի հատվածները։ Օրվա մեջ մեկ անգամ 5 րոպե մերսեք այդ հատվածը։ Դա կնպաստի արյան ավելի արագ շրջանառությանն ու կհանի հոգնածությունը։

4.      Վերանայեք ձեր կոսմետիկան։ Միշտ հիշեք, որ դիմափոշին հանում է մաշկի խոնավությունը, ուստի պետք է խուսափել դրանից։ Օգտագործեք ավելի փափուկ ու ստուգված կոսմետիկա։

5.      Աչքի կողքի հատվածների համար սնուցող դիմակներ պատրաստեք։ Կարող եք գնել դիմակները կամ ինքներդ պատրաստել։ Կարևոր է միայն, որ դիմակները սնուցող նյութեր պարունակեն։ Արեք դրանք շաբաթը մեկ անգամ։
