Քաղցած վիճակում բերանը յուղով ողողելը հին այուրվեդիկ պրակտիկա է:

Գաղտնիքն այն է, որ յուղի լիպիդները բերանի խոռոչից բակտերիաները մաքրելու և նորից ատամներին ու բերանի լորձաթաղանթին դրանց կպչելուն խոչընդոտելու յուրահատկություն ունեն:

   

Կներկայացնենք՝ ինչպես ճիշտ ողողում անել, որը կազատի տարածված խնդիրներից՝ ատամները կմաքրի փառից, կամրացնի լնդերը, կվերացնի բերանի տհաճ հոտը…

1. Պրոցեդուրան անում ենք առավոտյան արթնանալուց անմիջապես հետո, քաղցած վիճակում: Բերանդ 1 ճ. գ. արևածաղկի կամ ձիթապտղի յուղ լցրու (կարելի է կոկոսի, քնջութի և այլ յուղ օգտագործել):

Յուղը պետք է բերանում պահել 10 րոպե: Ոչ մի դեպքում յուղը կուլ չտաք. Յուղը բերանից կներծծի բոլոր բակտերիաներն ու տոքսինները:

2. Հենց յուղը շատ խտանա, թքեք այն և բերանը ողողեք տաք ջրով:

3. Ոչ մի ուրիշ միջոց բերանի խոռոչը մաքրելու համար այնքան արդյունավետ չէ, որքան յուղը: Մի քանի օր անց կզգաս, որ շնչառությունդ թարմացել է, ատամներդ սպիտակել են: Եվ դա միայն սկիզբն է…

4. Հիմա կարելի է ատամները մաքրել ինչպես սովորաբար: Ողողելուց հետո բերանում առաջացած յուղային թաղանթն ատամի մածուկին կօգնի ավելի լավ մաքրել բերանը:
