ԼՂ-ից տեղահանվածների բնակարանային մատչելիության ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրի ժամկետը երկարաձգվել է

2020 թվականին ԼՂ առանձին շրջաններից տեղահանված ընտանիքների համար բնակարանային մատչելիության ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում տրամադրված հավաստագրերի գործողության ժամկետը երկարացվել է մինչև 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը (2025 թ․ հուլիսի 1-ի փոխարեն)։ ԱՍՀ նախարարությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ շահառուներին նոր հավաստագրեր չեն տրամադրվելու, և վարկավորման գործընթացում հիմք են ընդունվելու արդեն իսկ տրված հավաստագրերը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ծրագրի շրջանակում ԼՂ առանձին շրջաններից տեղահանված ընտանիքները կարող են ձեռք բերել, կառուցել և վերակառուցել իրենց սեփական տունը։

Ըստ այդմ, Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության հետ համագործակցող բանկից կամ վարկային կազմակերպությունից հիփոթեքային վարկ ստանալու դեպքում՝ պետությունը հավաստագրի միջոցով իրականացնում է վարկային ժամանակացույցին համապատասխան մայր գումարի և տոկոսագումարի սուբսիդավորում, մասնավորապես՝

  • Երևանում ամսական վճարների մարման համար հանրագումարային մինչև 8 մլն դրամ մայր գումարի և դրա նկատմամբ հաշվեգրվող մինչև 8% տոկոսագումարի գծով,
  • ՀՀ մարզային բնակավայրերում ամսական վճարների մարման համար հանրագումարային մինչև 10 մլն դրամ մայր գումարի և դրա նկատմամբ հաշվեգրվող մինչև 10% տոկոսագումարի գծով,
  • ՀՀ առանձին գյուղական բնակավայրերում ամսական վճարների մարման համար հանրագումարային մինչև 12 մլն դրամ մայր գումարի և դրա նկատմամբ հաշվեգրվող մինչև 12% տոկոսագումարի գծով,
  • սահմանամերձ բնակավայրում հիփոթեքային վարկով բնակելի անշարժ գույք ձեռք բերելու դեպքում հիփոթեքային վարկի ամսական վճարների մարման համար հանրագումարային մինչև 14 մլն դրամ մայր գումարի և դրա նկատմամբ հաշվեգրվող մինչև 13% տոկոսագումարի գծով,
  • սահմանամերձ բնակավայրում անհատական բնակելի տուն կառուցելու, ինչպես նաև Սյունիքի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերում առաջնային շուկայից (անմիջապես կառուցապատողից) բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքում հիփոթեքային վարկով բնակարան ձեռք բերելու դեպքում հիփոթեքային վարկի ամսական վճարների մարման համար հանրագումարային մինչև 16 մլն դրամ մայր գումարի և դրա նկատմամբ հաշվեգրվող մինչև 13% տոկոսագումարի գծով։
